Thanks, Hannah. Good catch… did I do it right now? For some reason on an iPad the top bar is still on two lines but there’s space for everything to fit on one line.

If your missing a php extension then it should be an error in the error log.

What core extensions are they leaving out? That seems really silly.

The theme options has to have php permissions. Is godaddy limiting the php permissions?

Look tell them it’s not even a theme thing. It’s with redux. You can just install a default theme and try to install redux framework plugin. Once you do enable the demo and your site will crash. Then have them look at the error it’s creating.

On mobile, my header menu is not fixed at the top when I scroll : *Login to see link

However, on desktop, it works and I have put “on” in Theme options > Site Header > Enable Mobile Sticky Header?

Hi,

When I go to my website on my Mac the footer length is all the way down on the bottom as it should be, however, when I go to windows it’s like a big gap between the footer and the bottom of the website.

I use firefox on both computers. Any fix to this?

I somehow have reset the LightBox feature for wordpress gallery for my website *Login to see link

Where can I find the code for changing different words to other words?

For example when pressing a product, u can choose size and color. but when i choose something it says “Clear selection”

Id like to translate this to another language. It doesnt look good at all with another language then some english words here and there.

Ive translated ALOT already but i cant seem to find the code for this, and also “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.” which is in the product page too.

I lost all my translations after updating pinnacle (I had an older version). How come some things are in swedish and some are english? Is there a way for me to see all like, notices, errors, messages that i can translate easily without having to search for the code because i dont know where the code i want is, in which file, folder, plugin, theme i dont know. Id really like to translate it all and double check there are no mixed words in the website.

And my main navigation is weird. It seems like my words are too long that the menu items are overlapping on eachother which looks very very amateurish, tried to edit the css which ive done for many things in this theme, but for the main navigation i couldnt do it.

the biggest logo container i can use is 41%, i want 50% but if i use 50% the meny items are total chaos, the last 3 items are on top of eachother, and i do want a bigger logo. If bigger logo isnt possible, then i still really want to fix this issue.

I attatched an image (Dont want to post the website here or show stuff from the website so if u want a live demo please PM or something so we can sort that)

as you can see, the spacing between the items are different. The second item’s drop down arrow is exactly where the third item starts. And the third item, the drop down arrow is stacking over the last word of the item. I want it to look natural but now it looks like im trying to fit them in in a container that doesnt have enough room for them, and i cant or SHOULDNT have to change the name of the menuitems/categories. I hope anything ive written makes any sense.

Hi How can i reduce the white space between the Primary Menu & the first content block which happens to be the Custom Image Slider?

The issue is it only becomes excessive when on a mobile device. If you resize the browser there is no issue but if you load the same site on a mobile phone then there is excessive space created between the menu & the slider

W3TC, though I have issues with odd/bad loads on mobile intermittently on Virtue sites NOT using any caching plugins, and I had these issues with the current development site even before I installed W3TC. (Overall, the W3TC increased performance significantly.) As for the mobile devices themselves, they are iPhone 5 and iPad Air devices, all standard configs – nothing special. In fact, the iPads were straight out of the box with default configs.

Doesn’t seem to be any comments regarding the instamember program.
A few reviews and mostly very positive.

I just wondered why my page permalinks seemed to be unstable and reverted back to titles that were deleted in my previous site of the same name.
Any ideas? I have checked all the permalink setup and edited each one and saved and resaved etc.

Dear all

You can’t use “photon” and rev slider. They don’t work. I also highly suggest not using photon. Just go into your jetpack settings and deactivate.

I am having issues with the lightbox in woocommerce. In my theme options i have the lightbox enabled. In my woo commerce setting i do not have the box checked off. The lightbox still will not function properly. could it be something overwriting it. here is a link to my site. Thank you.

It’s so insane how many hours I’ve spent trying to track this down. I honestly think it’s a youtube thing. The video gets put into “pause mode” and in pause mode it hides the thumbnail. I’ve now tested with every single slider that hosts youtube videos. all the same.

Anyway until I get any more clarity on this I’ve come up with a decent workaround. I added to your site. Some javascript and some css, the js looks like this:
