Working locally with wamp I am trying to use Revolution Slider on a regular page within the Pinnacle Pro Theme, but it does not show using the shortcode. I have WordPress 4.2.2 running Pinnacle Premium as a Child theme. I only have the recommended plugins activated and all updated to the latest versions and cannot find what is causing the slider not to work.

I have successfully got this to work on another website build, so do I need to purchase the plugin for each and every wordpress install?

If not, do you know of any other settings I need to check?

I just checked to see if I could add the generic background image that would display the page title, but it will not display. I also tried with featured image on the page, but nothing, might have I disabled the general page header somewhere?

This is weird, under Page Title and subtitle I added some text in the subtitle field and updated, background image, title and subtitle displayed when reloading… I could use it as a work around if I could change the Title to something different than the current page title, is that possible at all?

I would really love to understand why the Rev slider wont work on a page other than the Home Slider.

many thanks
