Owhh, this is another problem. For you to enter the website i have to unlock it. It is currently only visible for me. And i cant unlock it for now.. I will create a shop manager account for you so u can access it. Also while youre in there can u please check why the “customize” thingy doesnt work? Where u can customize the template, add widgets to the footers in real time, its stuck on loading.

Hi Ben
Hope you slept well!
I have been working on my site all day trying to figure out why 2 of my pages are not viewable in the page editor view – but when I turn off pagebuilder I can then view the page – weird
When I go to my “members-home” in my url it takes me to google.com where I can find it there!The same happens when I go to the “signup” page.
I did change the name of the signup page from “members-services”to “sign-up” to remove too many “member” pages but I don’t think this has made the difference.I thought maybe it was my computer and I had been attacked or such but I get the same result or worse on a totally independent computer.
I seem to have a number of pages that either show a server fault or else go to google – what have I done!!
Hope you can help me? My logins etc are in my previous private question.
Welcome to a new day 🙂
Thanks BenIn forum: Virtue ThemeI was impressed with the free version of Virtue so I purchased the premium version. On install no stylesheet appears to load and the “theme options” menu does not load properly. It also notes “error(s) were found!” and “warning(s) were found!”
I have attempted to reinstall the theme files, redownload and re install the theme files and have disabled all plugins with no success.
The Kadence Slider plugin does not download either.

In forum: Virtue ThemeI purchased your premium theme which includes the version of Rev Slider that i have been using on my website.
I have actually run into a problem while updating my website. I do not have the most recent version of this slider plugin as mentioned in this article:
With the current version of the slider (4.6.3) , i do not have full YouTube support. Can you send me the 5.0 version of this slider?
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: adapt width when mobile menu kicks in
Hi Hannah,
This kind of fixes it but the menu still moves around and doesn’t look as clean on the iPad. I have researched a little and can now see why I am confused as I believe the menus are treated differently between the free and premium versions of virtue.
I can demonstrate this best with your own free demo site.
The primary menu performance I am seeking is exactly like the primary menu performance in the virtue demo (free version home style 1) This renders perfectly on mac, pc, iPad (landscape and portrait)
Is there a way to replicate that exact performance in the premium version?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeI am trying to use the image menu item widget inside of page builder by site origin. I am having trouble changing some things about the title and description text. I can’t find site wide settings for this, I don’t understand how to use the “Attributes” (CSS widget class and styles). The hints tend not to make sense to me, like “shown as one per line.”
The font color setting in Page builder’s design pane doesn’t change it from white.
I need the text to vertical align on bottom, or “position static” seems to be the style that affects this, according to Google devtools.I will settle for site wide settings but would very much like the font cor to be changeable based on the background pic. I can’t find documentation that covers this in either theme or plugin docs.
Thanks.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: CSS to make icons in menu larger
Hi! I want to have my website as Virtue Style Two, but I have a couple of questions:
1. How can I do the same icons menu (I already saw your tutorial) I did the same but I don’t know how to change the size of the icons and also how to put the icon above the name.
2. the home-page is like a “portfolio style”?
Thanks

Ok. The end result is as follows:
I tried using chrome and received the same error message.
I called my host and, although it is outside their scope of work, they downloaded the template on their end and uploaded it to my wordpress site.
As a side note, the host is using a LENOX (I think that is a more sophisticated operating system or computer????) and the firefox browser.
Ben, thanks for your directions!

August 26, 2015 at 3:55 pm #55702Hey,
Yes the theme does not included over 200mbs of data you would never be able to install it on your site. No server allows for a 200mb to be uploaded.You just need to go to the link and download and import what you want if you want to have some demo sliders. Or you can purchase a copy directly from theme punch and download all the demos at one time.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: How do I change the site header background colour?
Hey guys,
I’m having an issue on my website. I’m trying to get the revolution slider (the image I’m using) to align at the very top of my web page. That way I can have a transparent menu, and the image will be displayed behind it. It really has a nice effect. I can not seem to find out where to solve this issue. I’ve been researching and testing various methods for over three hours. Does anyone know the solution?You can find the issue here: *Login to see link
Thanks!

How do I create the home page effect that is shown on the following two sites:
*Login to see link (there is an image in the background and then it seems to change to show a different donut while there is content in front)
*Login to see link (but this one takes a very long time to load)
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi
My .logofont, h1, h2, h3.. stoped showing correct on my PC-screen (in all browsers).
In sted of “Lato” the fonts look like the default “Time New Romans”/”Sans-serif” (even if my FireFox FireBug says Lato font is there).
Funny: On my windows mobil the fonts shows OK.Maby not so funny 😉 :
If I remember correctly the logofont, menu’s and tropic header on THIS support forum are now alsow wrong !!I dont know if it is related, but first time I notitsed it, was this morning after updating 2 plugins (as I remenber 2 of this listed plugins: Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, Page Builder by SiteOrigin, Redux Framework). I have tryed deactivating all 3, but see no changes with the font-problem.
I use child-theme.
In WP-admin > Theme Options > Typografi I have “Lato” fonts.
My homepage is “under construction” on a temp-domain, so I send link in private note..Thanks – a great theme and a great support!
FinnIn forum: Virtue ThemeHello,
The CSS for my portfolio link slider is not quite right when viewed on a tablet or mobile. *Login to see link On the ‘Recent Projects’ slider, the title box overlaps the content. It’s most obvious when viewed at 768×1024.
I’m already using this CSS
.portfolio_item .portfoliolink {
ms-filter: "alpha(Opacity=100)";
filter: alpha(opacity=100);
-moz-opacity: 1;
-khtml-opacity: 1;
opacity: 1;
}.portfolio_item .portfoliolink {
margin: 0;
border: 6px solid #3fb8af;
border-top: 0;
border-radius: 0 0 15px 15px;
