    Greetings,

    I have purchased the Virtue Premium theme for WordPress.

    I imported “Site Style 01” (Demo Content) to my website.

    I have changed all info/ images on the website except for the ones in the Revolution Slider (3 images by default; mountain, forest, farm),

    Am I allowed to keep these images on my WordPress web-shop? Are these rights included upon purchasing the Virtue Premium theme?

    I have the premium package, but I was wondering what may have to be done with my CSS options that I put in my Custom CSS areas.

    Should I just remove them or install the premium theme over the free?

    The Kadence slider loaded right away for both sites. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    We have 2 Virtue Premium sites and since I updated, the Kadence Slider does not load on the Home page.

    Hello I was hoping for some help please. I’m updating a website by changing the theme to virtue and installing woocommerce.

    The problem is that on the home page the featured products are not working. You only ever see 1 product (regardless how many are featured) there is no image for it and half of it is not visible as it overlaps the page. I though it could be due conflicting css but since then have completely removed any custom css and the problem remains. Please see screen shot. I can’t think of what else to do other than completely delete the entire website and start again but there is so much content I would lose, it’s not really an option.

    I have not received any server time out errors. I have another website using the Virtue theme that is not experiencing this problem. That website is e-commerce. The one I am having a problem with is not.

    Also, I have been accessing my server just fine with cPanel.

    We now do not have the latest theme active because it does not work properly.
    The website what is now using the theme Pinnacle 1.3.3 is kimley.nl, there the theme is working fine, only after update the theme to version 1.4.4 then we get those issues that the product is not shown well and on the productpage the add to basket button is not available.

    Topic: 1.4.4 products can not be add to basket

    After activate the Pinnacle 1.4.4 version on my website the products are not shown correctly.

    for example the size of clouths are not there, and also the add to basket is not shown.

    We have tried several options with this version of the theme:
    WordPress 4.1.1 – Woocommerce 2.3.7
    WordPress 4.2.x – WooCommerce 2.4.x

    On other website we are running WordPress 4.1.1. – WooCommerce 2.3.8 and theme Pinnacle 1.3.3, there the theme is working, only we are now not sure to try update that site ….

    Hi, I’m hoping you can help me, I just did the woocommerce 2.4.4 update and then updated virtue theme to the latest (just 30 mins ago).
    Right after I get:
    Warning: require_once(/home/mysite/public_html/wp-admin): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/functions.php on line 8
    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ” (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/functions.php on line 8

    I am using a child theme.
    Woocommerce reports that Virtue is v. 3.2.0
    Woocommerce also says that pages of virtue are outdated.

    I’m hoping you can point me in a direction and I don’t have to reinstate the whole backup to fix this.

    I did a test and If I activate the standard theme your site has the same error. “Sorry, this product is no longer available”

    Can you confirm this? Have you tried deactivating your plugins?

    Hey,
    If you can’t upload anything there is a larger server error with your site then the theme. I suggest contacting your host as hannah said. Could be that your database needs to be repaired.
