Hi Ben & Hannah
My site is running well but when I go to the admin page the dashboard has shrunk to only icons and the usual home WPpage is not showing.
I have WP 4.2.4, Woocommmerce 2.4.4, virtue premium 3.2.0.
Just wondered if anyone has had this happen in the last 24 hours?

Hello, I updated the revolution slider plugin on my online store. Since the update, I noticed that when a vistor on my site is on the shop page or blog page and than hits the home button the content that was originally there, is no longer there. The slider on the homepage slider and content in body is blank, but the header and footer remain visible. this happened just after I updated my slider today. Can you please help me with this?

I asked hostgator, they said:

Okay, Andrius, I have gotten the theme reset for you. It appears there was an error with the theme file and it required to be reset in order to access the site once again.

after that my pages fully reseted (all in not correct places), home page too, all site destroyed, I dont have backup.

starting all from new 🙂

Hello Hannah!

The sample link to the site is: http://www.dobro38.ru/product/dobryj-zhar-lyuks/
There is no issue there at this moment. We temporary change the variable.php to the old version.

The woocommerce version is 2.2.10, but there no any restrictions or warnings at the release notes about the old versions.

Hi guys,

A couple quick questions:

1. There is a small folder structure that appears in top right which shows for instance “Home/News” or “Home/Contact”, can’t seem to find the option to remove that from all pages in the site.

2. I’m using the following shortcode to display the portfolio items and although I set the filter to false, I still get a filter on top of the list that allows me to filter by type, is that normal? How can I remove that filter?

[portfolio_posts orderby=menu_order columns=6 ratio=square filter=false layoutstyle=default hoverstyle=default items=100 masonry=false lightbox=false showtypes=true]

I looked at your site and you seem to be using the marketpress plugin? You need to use wooocommerce.

Hey Joop.

If you update to 1.4.4 you have to update woocommerce to the latest version too and when you do you have to run the database updater.

Hey, So still points to database error.

Contact your host about your database. Try again to go into the servers cpanel, open the mysql page and run a repair on the sites wordpress database.

Your hosting should be able to track down the issue in your database, it might need to be updated.
The errors all point to happening when the theme and wordpress is trying to save something to the database.

I am receiving multiple problems on Google Structured data testing tool for the Articles on the site.

In the “Articles” section, it is saying

datePublished: missing and required
headline: missing and required
image: missing and required

And in BlogPosting section, the error I am receiving is:

image: missing and required

I have properly highlighted the data using the data highlighter, but still the problems persists.

Can you please help?
