I just changed the footer on my website using the premium theme. The footer has changed, but the text also appears just above the footer..? could anyone tell me why this is and how i can remove it from outside the footer?

I looked under blog but I could only change the excerpt length to 20 minimum.’

2. I also want to change the typography line spacing on the blog page, but not on the whole site.

I saw the response for changing the background image on a previous post in the forum and am not sure if anyone is going to see it there. Anyway’s I used the piece below from that forum thread but changed my page id to 45. It does not appear to work.

.page-id-8 .contentclass {
background: transparent;
}

Here is the site I am working on *Login to see link – if you click take the test now it will take you to *Login to see link and obviously I need to remove the image from the main content background section of this page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Earlier today I ran some updates and after doing so I was informed that ‘Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files” the files that were outdated were:

content-product.php
content-product_cat.php
variable.php

I was then redirected to this page : *Login to see link where I was instructed that, To fix it, copy the default template from wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/[path-to-the-template] and paste it in your theme folder.

after doing so the error messages in the Woocommerce system status page disappeared and everything seemed ok however when I later visited my sites home page I noticed that the product carousel was distorted. *Login to see link

And this was the same on the product page; *Login to see link

Would anyone know why this is?

Hi,

If we do the update as you told we are still getting the same issue, so update to the new template does not work for us.
The products are not shown well (image is not shown after selecting the product in the store), also size selector is not working.
When pressing the size selector the site will give error “Sorry, no items were in line with your selection. Please choose another combination.”

We have create a new simple product, then the thema works to add product to the basket.
When we create a variable product, then we have the issue as we are talk about.
On your demo website i only see simple products, please create other products with size or color selector attribute into your demo site.

I am using W3 Total Cache with minify and I have manually added all the js and css that were “safe” and did not break the site. Unfortunately I am left with a few files of js. I know you are also using this plugin on the premium demo and your layout does not seem to be broken, can you tell me how you fixed this? For example, the product tabs get separated a bit on desktop and on cell phones, all the content of the product tabs is moved together…

I built the website with parallax image and it worked perfect with Chrome and Safari but not with IE.

I have also noticed when you change the variation selection by pressing the ‘sizes’ it doesn’t change the word in the box. The price changes to the correct price but the wording doesn’t change to what you have selected.

As a test I Changed the products option to Display variations as radio buttons instead of select box and this was worse. With this option selected the price does not update.

Really hoping this can be sorted really soon. The main selling point of this website is that it is mobile friendly, which at the moment it’s not.

I´m glad to hear that you have a solution.
Unfortunately the site runs still on a local XAMPP server.
But I will come back to this post when I set up a live system.

The functionality of a site I have been working on has been working perfectly on all devices since I have started the build a couple months ago. I updated to latest virtue premium today and now on iOS (iPad & iPhone) the drop downs to select variations on products do not work as they should. You have to tap the word before the drop down box rather than the actual box itself, for example you have to tap the word Sizes to make the drop downs work. Before today’s update I would tap the actual drop down box and it would work as normal.

I am unable to find an android device to test today, but on computer everything works as it should. Is there a fix to this issue?

This makes the current site un-user friendly.

I’m not seeing this on any test site.

Can you tried clearing your cache and deactivating your plugins?

When you updated woocommerce did you run the database updater?

I have two langage on my website FR (default) and EN, I’m using polylang plugin.

I have created an other slider in an other langage with polylang plugin but when I navigate in the english version of the website, I still have the french version of slider (default langage) on my english home page. I also try to overide it in page options (because i have specific pages for my home) but nothing work.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong ?
