Logo Upload

Hi, I have Virtue Premium. I wanted to replace the logo that I had due to getting a new one created. After I removed the old one I have not been successful with being able to add the new one. When I go to Main under themes and scroll to the upload section, it doesn’t seem like an active link. When I click on it, it jumps to the bottom of the page without allowing me to upload anything and asks me to save changes.
I have updated recently, but everything that was previously set was fine. I also deactivated all plug-ins and reactivated just to see if that would work.
