In reply to: Kadence slider buttons display tiny on a mobile
March 14, 2019 at 2:42 pm #219833Is your staging site on a live server or local?
the issue is with positioning, anything added in a layer slider gets positioned on the slider as a layer and there is a lot of math that keeps that relative to where it was added. Without a link to see how you have set up the slider we can’t get you css. But it’s certainly possible with a link.
If you are using the standard Kadence slider then there is some options to change font size in the slider settings specific to mobile.

Thanks guys, appreciate the response.
Kevin, Yes, the site is in staging and is using the virtue theme. The holding page is not. (Since I set this up I have learnt of plugins to create holding pages). I’m not sure how you can access my staging site? Please advise.
Hannah, I am using the slider on every page. A different one for each page.

Hey,
I should be able to give you some CSS to change the button size in mobile. I’m not seeing the button on that site though, and it looks like it’s not using Virtue theme.
I assume this is due to you working on a staging site. Is there any way for me to take a look at the staging site?

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi,
When I add a button to the slider it displays minuscule on a mobile. I have found your fix to remove the buttons from the slider on mobiles which works.
@media (max-width: 768px) {
.ksp-btn-layer {
display: none;
}
}However, ideally I’d like to have my call to action on mobile too, so is there a way to enlarge the button for mobiles?
Please note that it’s been a long, long time since I did any coding and I’m quite new to WordPress.
The site is cloverleaf.co.uk, but I’m currently working on a staging version.
Thanks in advance.
Mark.
