    Hi again,

yes, it was the ad blocker that caused the problem. :-/ I was using Ad Control. Once I whitelisted the site, the menu appeared again. I think this is a problem that needs fixing, because other people might use ad blockers too.

    Thanks for your help,
    Agi

On the home page of my site, http://www.amundson.me, there is a large blank vertical space between the heading and the main content.

Note: to build this page, I imported the virtue site and then removed most of the content.

How can I remove or reduce the blank space?

    Thank you.

    Hey,
I believe your issue is that your server is blocking google bot from accessing styles and so google bot is looking at your page unstyled and an unstyled page is not mobile friendly. You can contact your host to confirm this, but when I test with this: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly your site is not showing the mobile version which is not actually the case when I view your site from mobile. Just means Google can’t see it in mobile.

    Good morning!

I am running some tests on my site via the Google Search Console. Using the Test Live URL button within the URL inspection tool shows that no matter what page I test it says that

    Page is not mobile friendly
    Clickable elements too close together
    Content wider than screen

Is it my page design or some other options I should activate within the template?
    Any support appreciated.

    Topic: Menu

    #216429

    Good morning Kadence Team,

I would like to change the appearance of the menu on my site. I used the Demo Importer for the current lay out but the menu is a kind of small. How can I change it to a bigger one maybe on the left side of the logo?

    Thank you,
    Fabrizio

as I understood that the basic translations of WooCommerce (Add to cart, check out, Description of the product, Quantity) are handled by the theme, right?

No, the theme doesn’t control Woocommmerce translations. To translate woocommerce for a multisite with WPML you need the WPML woocommerce plugin: https://wpml.org/plugin/woocommerce/

    I hope that helps!

    Hey,
I just tested, I added 6 items and they saved and showed on the front end. I removed because I didn’t want to leave on your site. CAn you tell me what you are wanting to add I can add that so you can see?

    #216420

Thanks, I found the conflict, it has to do with the Kadence Page Transition and some updated with Elementor. I deactivate the plugin on yours site while your working and I’ll push an update out this week that fixes page transitions and elementor.

    #216404

    Hi, the problem is different.
I need to activate the theme, but my website is in local and it can’t connect and give me this message:

Connection failed with the Licene Keys server. Make sure that the PHP version of your hosting servers has the curl module installed and activated.

    thanks

    #216398

    no, that should work.

I’m not sure why it’s not outputting correctly on your site. Could you post a login in a private reply so I can take a look?

In reply to: reviews export import

    #216385

ok, how did you transfer? Because just looking at this product: https://shop.pabloelorza.com/product/patterns/ There are no reviews assigned to it internally in the database. Has nothing to do with Kadence Woo extras that product doesn’t have reviews.

But your product here does: https://pabloelorza.com/store/patterns/

And that means something didn’t work like it should have when you transferred.

    Can you explain your steps?

I would suggest if you are moving your shop, checkout and everything to a different subdomain and such a different site that you duplicate your current site and then simply remove whatever parts you don’t want on your shop site. It’s always a bad idea to import/export pieces of a site because things are so internally connected.

There have been over 4000 updates to 4.9.2 and I’ve tested extensively with updates. I don’t have anyone else reporting such an issue. I would be happy to investigate your server and potential issues there if you would like. Please send me a login to your site and your server cpanel using the checkbox for Set as private reply.

    Hey,
The only way I can think of this happening is if your database was corrupted and you lost all image meta information. Running a repair on your database may fix. If you recently moved your site, or in any way transfer then that could cause the loss of data and it may be worth going back to whatever that was and redoing it.

You can also try running regenerate thumbnails which could rebuild all the data: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Something is definitely going on with this theme. I have another site that uses Virtue Premium and it is no longer displaying properly after updating the theme today. WordPress says the stylesheet is missing!

    virtue_premium Stylesheet is missing.

Hey, So the issue is that you have an older version of the Revslider installed. That older version doesn’t work with PHP7.2

You will need to manually deactivate it by accessing the folders on your site > wp-content/plugins/ and changing the folder name for “revslider” just change it to something like “revslider2” then you will have access to the admin. You can then go in and remove the plugin and reinstall a newer version.

I have a Testimonal page – – with 4 testimonials. I am using the testimonial widget in Footer 1. Only 3 of the 4 testimonials appear in the widget slider.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Kadence Team,

Upon logging into my WordPress, this error is displayed:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in /homepages/44/d390310040/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/framework/base_admin.class.php:72 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/44/d390310040/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider_admin.php(157): UniteBaseAdminClassRev::addMetaBox(‘Revolution Slid…’, Object(UniteSettingsAdvancedRev), Array, NULL) #1 /homepages/44/d390310040/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider_admin.php(68): RevSliderAdmin->addSliderMetaBox() #2 /homepages/44/d390310040/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider_admin.php(40): RevSliderAdmin->init() #3 /homepages/44/d390310040/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/revslider/revslider.php(146): RevSliderAdmin->__construct(‘/homepages/44/d…’) #4 /homepages/44/d390310040/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-settings.php(322): include_once(‘/homepages/44/d…’) #5 in /homepages/44/d390310040/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyCMS2/wp-content/plugins/revslider/inc_php/framework/base_admin.class.php on line 72

My website still appears to be fine, but I get this error whenever I click to enter the wordpress dashboard (to make settings changes, etc.)
I don’t know enough when it comes to code to know what I am looking at, I’m hoping you all might see something in the error that might indicate a solution.

I did recently change my PHP from 7.0 to 7.2. (I don’t really know what that is, but was forced to change it by my site host.)

    Thanks for the help!!

Yes, I cleared my cache and it doesn’t help. I’m viewing the site in Safari and I still can’t see the menu. I checked it in Chrome and there I see it fine.
