Hi Kadence Team,

I haven’t logged in to my Dashboard in a couple of weeks. Now that I logged in, I’ve found that my Site Header disappeared along with my Primary Navigation menu. I haven’t changed any settings since I last logged in. Header Style is set to default. Primary Navigation menu is still configured correctly. I updated the theme to its latest version now along with all the plug-ins to make sure that is not what’s causing the problem. Could you please help me fix this?

What is the exact text you’re adding to the title? I just tested on my site and it seems to work fine.

The css added in your css box will only apply to your live site. When you view the site on the front end do you still see that? I’m seeing the text aligning.

Thanks for coming back to me:

1. The site is dev.veganwinebox.co.uk, it is on the page shop that I want the buttons to align to the right side of the page.

2. Not 100% sure what you mean. The page I’m having issues with is the the subscription tab of the website above. When you select the options it doesn’t generate a price.

3. This is on the subscriptions page again, when you click the different product variations it’s not very clear.

4. I don’t think the group product is quite what I want, it’s on the shop page I want the user to be able to add different numbers of bottles of wine to their basket from the archive view, rather than having to go into the single product page.

I hope that clarifies it.

Hey,
If you are wanting to change/remove <meta name="robots" content="noindex/nofollow"> then you need to find which plugin is adding that. Or if you have set WordPress to hide your site from search engines in your settings > reading.

The theme does not add meta “robots” content.

That kind of stuff is not added via file it’s usually added from database through hooks. You won’t find a file that outputs your screen shot anywhere in wordpress, that is simply not how WordPress works.

Hey,
Thanks for posting.

1. Please post a link to your site (always if you can).

2. Don’t add that code, post a link and login to the product you are having an issue with.

3. You bet, again without a link I don’t know what you mean but if you post a link and provide details for what you would like I’m sure we can help.

4. You can use a Group product in Woocommerce to be able to add multiple items to the cart with one product.

You can also create a custom button that could do this but it would only appear where you add it not as part of your other products in an archive.

I am trying to remove the heading that provides a label for each page and the two horizontal lines that go with it. On my home page, the heading is currently ‘About’.

I found an earlier post where the person said it worked. Code from the earlier post is below.

However, when I posted that code into the Add A Line of Code box in Advanced Settings, it had no impact. I changed the page id to 5, replacing the numbers 007 and 26235 from the original example.

Hey,

No activating a plugin wouldn’t add css into your custom css box.

Some of that css looks like it be intentional but it’s too vague and thus applying in places it shouldn’t. I would check through your site to see if something isn’t displaying correctly.

If you have Pagebuilder by siteorigin installed then go to plugins > add new and install the Gutenberg plugin.

There is an issue with Pagebuilder by siteorigin and the new blocks editor but it’s resolved in the latest versions of the Gutenberg plugin.

Can you please In your theme options > misc settings turn off smooth scroll. Leave it off and make sure to clear your site cache and minify plugins.

Hello,

Since you’re using WooExtras, you need to regenerate your reviews. Go into the settings for WooExtras reviews and regenerate them on the new site.

Hello,

You actually cannot add php from another site to your new site and have it behave the same. One option would be to use a child theme and embed the html, but it will not behave dynamically. So if you make changes to the other site you’ll have to manually change the html each time.

After researching, you’re not aware of it because it’s not possible. (sigh)

Instagram doesn’t allow sharing of content from 3rd party sites. (pretty darn good way to get everyone to download your app, amirite? lol haha).
