Thanks Kevin,
It’s nearly there so I’ve copied to the live site.1. Below a screen-width of 766px it starts to break down, with the white background showing through both sides of the row containing the panels. I’d really like to prevent that happening.
2. I felt that a series of media queries might not be the preferred approach. Is there a better way of making this happen?
Cheers,
Phil.In forum: Ascend ThemeFebruary 8, 2019 at 9:54 am #215994Hi there!
I’m having some problems with the Recent Posts Widget on my homepage and would be really glad if you could help me. I’m trying to build the website based on the Wanderlust demo, but I’m using Elementor (the free version, not Pro) instead of Site Origin. So I imported the demo content, but ended up creating a new homepage that I could work on using Elementor. The thing is that the Recent Posts Widget is kind of messed up when using Elementor. Here’s the website link so you can check it out:
I want it to look like it does on the demo with Site Origin, without the bullet points and with the date below the blog post title, not right next to it. So…
1) How do I get rid of the bullet points?
2) How do I make the date show up right below the blog post title?
3) If I want the date to not show at all, how can I hide it? I’ve found this CSS here on the forum, but I gave it a try and nothing changed..kadence_recent_posts .recentpost_date {
display: none;
}4) Using the widget, all blog post titles show up in a green font color. I looked through all the Theme Options, but didn’t find anything that would allow me to change that color. Am I missing something? Is there a way of changing that font color?
5) Also, is there a way of making the Widget ignore sticky posts? I know a few other Recent Posts plugins allow that, but I’d prefer to stick with the Kadence widget.
I guess that’s it. Thanks a lot 😀

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi all,
I am using the Classic Editor for now, so I am not interested in installing this new plugin at this time.
But each time I login the message is there at the top of each location/page even though I have deleted it several times.
Just wondering if maybe you can add an update that once the announcement is deleted it will stay deleted. My clients will be managing their site and I don’t want them to accidentally install the plugin when the Classic Editor is activated.
Thank you!

In forum: Membership ForumsTopic: Popups Functionality Inquiry
Currently, I use the Popup Maker Plugin to add some functionality to the site. Specifically for contact forms. I use WP Forms (which is great) then I add the shortcode to whatever button/link I am setting up the popup for. I prefer this method because it keeps the customer on the page they are viewing and just allows the popup to jump on that screen. If they don’t want to fill it out then they just X out and are still on that same page to continue surfing around.
Just curious if you guys had any plans in the future to create a popup window feature.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: custom fonts not showing on live website
February 7, 2019 at 4:31 pm #215915Hey, It looks like you have ssl set up but that you have a lot of links using non https. You need to run a search and replace through your site and fix all your links to use https.
See here: https://www.kadencewp.com/adding-ssl-wordpress/
This plugin will be what you need: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/

I still think this would be best to use a page builder plugin for so it looks better in mobile, but try this CSS in Theme Options> Advanced Settings:
@media (min-width: 767px) { .row .home-margin.home-padding.kad-animation { width: 105%; } .row .home-margin.home-padding.kad-animation .home-widget-area-widget { min-height: 300px; } }I also adjusted your h3 fonts to match the other site.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi!
I just received a new audit report for *Login to see link The auditor found a very high bounce rate (over 70%) both on mobile devices and desktop. Besides, this comment was included in the report – which indicates a serious usability issue:
“…one of the pages it was impossible to add a product to the basket as you couldn’t see the link. I have been back on to try and replicate to take a picture of the page but unfortunately, it won’t let me replicate. I would suggest because the bounce rates are so high that each mobile device is tested for usability with the web developer.”
Because of this comment and the high bounce rates, I am worried that the site isn’t working properly on some mobile devices. Could you, please, look at it on your mobile phones and devices and see whether there is a problem with adding the product to the basket? On my HTC phone is everything alright.
Thank you.

My site is “artberjallien.com”In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi,
Is there a setting for changing the width of the search results page display? When someone uses the site search to find a page on my site that it displays as the archives do? The following link is the archives where the widget banners open up fully to span responsively across the page:
Search results show the same widget banner is 1/3 of the width:
Thanks.
