February 6, 2019 at 11:09 pm #215822Hey,
Yes a theme purchase includes Kadence Blocks Pro and Kadence Slider Pro and Kadence Rechapcha but other plugins would require a membership. As far as I am aware all themes not hosted on WordPress.org have this same issue with multisite because it’s a core issue in how they change theme updates for multisite.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: WooCommerce Issues
I am attempting to track down another WooCommerce issue… I have reached out to WooCommerce directly but they keep telling me that I have a “theme” issue which I do not believe.
The issue is when products are added to the cart that have “WooCommerce Product Add-ons” the prices are not being calculated properly and the values ares lower than they should be.
I have deactivated almost every plugin on my site and nothing seems to make the values right unless I deactivate the add-ons plugin itself.
Example product: *Login to see link
It should be $1600 for two kits with the add-ons but the cart is not adding it up correctly… rather it is taking half of the add-on and making it a DISCOUNT?
Am I missing something simple or is this as complicated as it appears? Woocommerce is not being very helpful…
Any help is appreciated… Corey
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: minimize image on click
Dear Hannah,
Clicking outside of the image works. However, I watched a lot of recordings of people using website, and that is not what they are doing. They keep clicking on the image trying to close it. It is often the case when the image is large (for example on this page https://wondersoftibet.com/destinations/lhasa/drepung-monastery/) and the screen is small.
That’s why I thought that maybe there is some kind of code that I can add to have this option.Thank you!

Hello,
I think that the best way to replicate that will be through the use of a page builder plugin. If you’re familiar with site origin page builder or elementor, then you should be able to create this layout pretty easily.
If you’re unfamiliar with page builders, I recommend taking a look at this post:
https://www.kadencewp.com/recommended-page-builders-for-wordpress/Does that option work for you?

In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Export/Import templates Woo Template PlugIn
Hello,
The best way to do this is to use the the prebuilt layouts feature of page builder. Here’s some more information on the prebuilt layouts:
https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/documentation/prebuilt-layouts/You can clone from a page or posts current layout, or import from any other layout.
The import and export area within the Layouts area allows you to get the json file for your current page builder layout by clicking the “Download Layout Button.”
Then upload the file when you’re on another site you want to use the layout with in the same area. Hopefully I explained that clearly enough!

Hi Team,
I am converting this live site to Kadence Virtue. I have prepared a Development copy and I need it to look as near the original as possible. I am 95% there! Please can you help with some CSS detail?
On the live site front page, you can see a panel effect has been created with the 3 square panels below the main content. I am having difficulty achieving the same effect in Virtue on the Dev site.
I have got as near as I can with CSS. Please could you advise the best way ahead?
Many thanks,
Phil.In forum: Ascend ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Virtue: Google Map – Not Working Properly

I’m seeing all of your font changes when I view your site. It’s possible that your browser is caching the old fonts, or that you have a cache running on your site that you’re not aware of.
Which browser/device are you viewing the site with? Try looking at your site while logged out of wordpress on a different browser.
Do you see the correct fonts then?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Pinnacle Theme, Gutenberg, and Multisite
February 6, 2019 at 10:25 am #215762Hey,
You can read here about theme integration with Gutenberg: https://www.kadencewp.com/how-we-added-support-for-gutenberg-in-kadence-themes/
Nothing really you need to know about. It’s important to note that if you use Sitegorigin page builder I suggest installing the latest version of the Gutenberg plugin.
You have to activate the themes on a site by site basis. Our premium plugins via membership can be activated once for multisite but the themes activate through the getting started page which would be in the single site area.
I should note that multisite’s do very strange things with theme updates and currently there isn’t a solution to get premium theme admin updates to function within a multisite so you will have to manually update the theme.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeGreetings Ben & Co!
I’m very interested in using Pinnacle with Gutenberg, as I have access to your wonderful array of plugins. With the release of Gutenberg, are there any updates to Pinnacle theme Gutenberg users should know about? I’m noticing the sales page still references only SiteOrigin page builder.
I’d also like to know if Pinnacle, Blocks Pro, and your other plugins can be network activated in a multisite. If so, does each child site need to have the license manually entered, or just the main parent site?
Thanks!
In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: How to backup theme and config data?
Last I used the plugin I was able to backup my entire site with the free version. I didn’t see any need to use the premium version!
I think you should be able to get by with the free. I think premium version just adds automatic backup and some other features.

In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: How to backup theme and config data?
Hello,
The import/export isn’t really the same as a backup. It just saves your theme options so that you can add them to another site for the same configuration. So images and page content etc… will not be included in the import. If you’re wanting to backup, this plugin is super easy to use and highly recommended:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/Hopeully that’s helpful! Let me know if I misunderstood what you’re trying to do.
