Hello Support team!
I use restaurant demo on this site, and I love it! My only question is this:
As this is a one-site website, all menus link to the specific part of the main page, like this: #location.
This is great, but what if I create some other pages, where I’d like the menus to link back to the main page.
Main page:
Sub page, where I’d like all the menus to link back to the specific part of the main page:
How can I do that?
Thanks, Anita
Hi, I’m David. I use virtue theme into a WP 5.x
I want to use a bash script to backup my site: blog, theme and plugins structure file & database.
If I try to restore, I don’t see my Theme at all. no blocks, no sliders…
In -Options Theme / Import & Export- area I can manually export the config data of my blog ( *Login to see link ).
How to add this export file into a script backup?
Thanks for your support.
Hi, I am not able to view my dashboard once logged-in. I think I changed my user setting accidentally…how / where can I get to the back-end and resolve this issue? I did get into settings on my host Bluehost site. I did indeed change my user setting from admin to user…bummer! Thanks for your great products and support! John Craig, Performance Plus Tennis
Hi,
There appears to be several options for embedding contact forms on the site.
1). The Virtue Premium theme has a contact form already provided as a template. However, I also see on your site these guidelines to using other contact forms. Which one is most current? And is highly recommended by you for success? You do recommend Contact 7?

2). I wish to place two contact forms on my site. One for general contact and another for reader’s questions? Is that possible? Of course, they each will have a different email address.
Thank you,
Pam
Hi, Using Virtue Premium. My site uses a dark image as the background with white texts. I have just updated to version 5.03 and the new Gutenberg. When I try to create a new post my input text is showing WHITE on a WHITE background. I cannot for the life of me find any place to change this so have had to revert to using the classic editor to make my post.
I AM NOT familiar or comfortable with editing style sheets etc – surely I can’t be the only person to experience this.
Grateful for all assistance in this matter

My goal is to make my shop page interactive looking like my temporary site.
I hope this links will help you.
Hello,
Please include a link with all support queries so we’re able to see your site configuration.
Thanks!,

I am using dark colors on my website. Previously I used Virtue Premium, but after the move to ascend premium I have problems to change color on the product page. Can you give me css classes for all elements used on product archive page?
Picture attached.
Hey,
You can use the Set as private reply checkbox to post a link to your site with user and password. You can create a new admin user and send that so you don’t share your own account if you like. Then after the new user can be deleted.

Hi, all.
Kevin, I read this document you created on Kadance site.

Does this information still hold true today? I must use the workaround to keep the Mailchimp Popup from breaking my site? Is it still stable? Are there any other issues I should know?
Also, I have a Mailchimp sign up for in the footer. Can I use both without issues?
Thank you for your continue help and support.

Browsers will zoom when viewing forms by default. From my understanding, there isn’t an ability to turn this off without turning off all zooming capabilities for the person viewing your site.

Hi there, I need to have scroll to top button on my website. I am using ascend premium. In your ascend demo the button is, but I don’t know where to enable it on my website. Thank you for answer.
Thanks a lot, i have resolved.
I have a last question: on iphone devices, if i choose an attribute or click in a search box, the display zoom in the website.
For disable this i have to set meta viewport user-scalable=”no” by editing the theme, but in this way if i update the theme i will lose the customization.
There is some trick to use (no child themes) to fix?
Thanks and regards
I don’t really want to create a child theme. But if necessary, how do you suggest I proceed. I have used the one-click child theme plugin in the past. But this site has more things happening to it, via WP-Members plugin, etc. What do you think? Wish there was a work around that didn’t require a child theme.
No I’m saying I know Woocommerce is one of the plugins I’m able to download from Kadence site when I buy a Kadence theme. Is this Woocommerce or does it come with Woocommerce subscriptions and Woocommerce membership?
This is Chad’s reply from Rocketgeek. Doesn’t that mean I would need to create a child theme since theme updates would overwrite the functions.php file, right?

Hi Sharon,
Sorry if I confused things – essentially, to do what you are talking about requires some JavaScript code to be included with the form. The “adding it to the form” part is a code snippet that will do that. But the code snippet itself you would put in your theme’s functions.php file.
Here’s an article that explains how to use code snippets like this:
https://rocketgeek.com/basics/using-code-snippets-from-the-site/
I’m unfortunately unable to view that tutorial since I don’t have an account with them. Do the instructions specify whether or not this needs to be added sitewide or just for the page that the form is showing on?

Hello,
Can you link to this code so that I can see where it’s supposed to be added? Depending on what the script is for, it will either need to be loaded on your whole site or on a single page. I should be able to tell easily if you can link to it.
Thanks!,
Kevin
WP-Members gave me some code to put in the login form. Where would I put it? Code block on member login page? I’ve asked them the same question. Do you think this type of code would be an issue with site/theme?
