Well I can’t say I would recommend using that plugin, I also can’t create an error, it doesn’t crash my test site when I activate or throw up any php errors.
Is there a certain page that doesn’t work?
In forum: Virtue ThemeJanuary 25, 2019 at 2:40 pm #214476but will be much more of an issue with users who have advanced settings and upgrade from free to premium
yeah, I just tested again didn’t have any trouble importing theme options from free. I think it’s more likly something on your server.
If it helps though, it only happened on blog pages where I had a 2/3, 1/3 block row split
Would it be possible to send me a screenshot of the backend settings? Are you using a full width row?
Mobile app, I know it’s just introduced basic gutenberg support and no custom blocks yet so if you are going to edit then make sure you are not using a Kadence Block or any other block other then core.
Have you considered just editing the site through a mobile browser rather than the app,
Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeHi Ben and Kevin,
thanks for the fast responses! Fortunately didn’t have to many settings to change since only just installed the free version this week, but will be much more of an issue with users who have advanced settings and upgrade from free to premium.
Glad to hear re the em line heights since the typography is looking awful in places. Will wait for update if it’s due to come out soon.
Can’t send links unfortunately since all pages are password protected for now and we want to keep it that way and I’ve only created a few blog posts which will be just easier to recreate if there isn’t a quick fix anyway. If it helps though, it only happened on blog pages where I had a 2/3, 1/3 block row split.
A bigger issue however is that it seems near impossible to update the site via the WordPress mobile app. I had duplicated post pages for an editor to update who works mainly on a mobile and every time he overwrites any of the copy (keeping the same styling and blocks) it wreaks havoc with the design and generates lots of errors. Layout changes, blocks move around and when logging back in on desktop it says there are lots of HTML errors.
Not sure if that’s a theme/app or a general Gutenberg/wordpress app issue? Just flagging it since it heavily impacts on our content editorial process, so any help here would be much appreciated!
Many thanks,

January 25, 2019 at 1:34 pm #214465<script type="text/javascript"> jQuery(document).ready(function ($) { if( $(window).width() < 992 ) { $('.kt-not-mobile-sticky').ktsticky({topSpacing:0}); } }); </script>.stickywas creating conflicts with some plugins also using a jquery function called sticky but not the same so we had to change.I’ve updated your site.

In forum: Virtue ThemeJanuary 25, 2019 at 12:54 pm #214458Hi,
the pluggin for WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway 1.6.7 auto-updated today, and this took my website down. It’s running with Pinnacle Premium.
The support team at WordPress.com tested it by taking down Pinnacle and replacing with with Storefront, which removes the error. I really want to keep using Pinnacle, though! So I’m back on Pinnacle, but the PayPal Checkout pluggin has had to be disabled for it to work.Is there any way this conflict can be fixed please?
Thanks!

It seems that this script is keeping the page from loading properly:
<script type="text/javascript"> jQuery(document).ready(function ($) { if( $(window).width() < 992 ) { $('.kt-not-mobile-sticky').sticky({topSpacing:0}); } }); </script>I’m not sure what’s wrong with it, it looks fine to me. Try removing it from theme options header footer scripts temporarily to see if the site loads properly. I’ll flag this for a developer followup so that Ben can take a look asap.

Hello,
I’m not really sure about the transitions. I’ve tried some CSS changes, but I think this may be more involved. I’ll mark this for a developer followup so Ben can let us know if it’s possible.
As for the slides being off, try clearing your site cache. Does that make a difference?

In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Circular Image Cut Off On One Side
In forum: Ascend ThemeIf you look at the link below you can see the circular image on the far right above Technical Support is cut off on the right side of the image. This occurs regardless of the size of the image.
What can I do?
Thanks,
Jerry

Many thanksIn forum: Virtue ThemeJanuary 24, 2019 at 1:48 pm #214365I have a website hippodefense.com On my monitors, there is a good two inches on each side though I clicked on the full-width. I want the headers, footers, content to be much wider. Right now, it looks like a box layout, though it is not on larger monitors. I want to change the width across the board, not just content within.
Please advise. Deborah
In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: AMP Plugin in pages
Hello,
Google actually doesn’t pick up anything but posts and products at the moment for AMP content. We do plan on adding the ability for a mobile site with the plugin, but it’s not there yet.
The plugin is mostly intended for those who wish to use AMP with their WooCommerce products.
We will have your refund issued today.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHello,
Try going to Theme Options> Site header, and adjust the “Menu Text Color (For Transparent Header).”
And in Theme Options> Menu Settings, you should be able to set the font color for when the page is scrolled, under “Primary Menu Font.”
Does that work for you?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeRight the accordion set for mobile is what I was looking for. The thing is that it always has 1 tab open, and I want them all closed.
In the accordion we used with site origin we would set it like this:
[accordion]
[pane title=”XXXXX” active=false]
Perhaps it was never coded, so just take this as a suggestion for improvement 🙂
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi, Ben,
I am confused. I have set up my Theme Options. In the documentation, I now notice that I can use Site Builder by Origin to layout HOME page.
How do you use both? Or am I support to use one or the other.
Second question, there is a Home Widget Area option on Home Page Layout. I enable. If I use Site Builder to layout widgets…how do I reorder the widget areas with fixed Theme Option areas?
Thank you,
PamP.S. I used documentation at this link: *Login to see link
