I’ve never had this happen, where the Primary Navigation menu shows on home page but not other pages. This is the first site I’ve set up to use the Gutenberg editor. Can’t find any settings besides the usual Appearance > Menus to assign a menu to a particular page. The header with the logo is showing on the Contact and Privacy pages, but no menu.

This is quite common for the industry especially for a membership that includes all our products and future products.

We endeavor to make this as plain as possible throughout our site with pricing that clearly marks per year and the terms “subscription” as well as in all our emails and communication. We also have a FAQ that tries to outline this.

I’m sorry if this came as a surprise.

No, your sites will not “malfunction” keeping an active subscription allows you to get future theme and plugin updates as well as support. Without updates, we can’t guarantee how long products will work (because we can’t predict the future) but they certainly would not stop working in a moment.

Please advise if I have to renew membership of $75 every year going forward in order to use theme already downloaded and purchased. If I cancel renewal does this mean the themes I have paid for and using on a WordPress site will become null and void and mess with site??
May sound like a silly question to you but now very concerned as I have paid for all I need and do not want to pay $75 every year to use – bearing in mind I am South African and the exchange rate is not exactly in our favor for that.
Please advise urgently!

Hi,

Is there a way to create a menu label that isn’t a page or link itself, but has pages as sub-items in the menu?

I’d like to group 4 pages together in the site menu under a category called something like “Resources”, but without needing a page that the menu item “Resources” links to.

Every time the page is scrolled to where the sticky header is supposed to activate, the header shrinks- quite literally, as its width is slightly (and bizarrely- always by exactly 40px) reduced and it is no longer full-width as it is supposed to be, leaving parts of the page exposed behind it.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Should I downgrade back to the last known working version, 4.8.8, and if so- where can I obtain it?

When you look on a desktop version in heder you will see a google review logo and link to them , but on a mobile version that google review is all the way down in a footer section. Is there a solution to put google review icon in a mobile versio also in a heder? Thanks in advance.

Hi there. I just spent some time adding slides to the slider and formatting text etc. Was working fine, then went to customize and changed site identity. Hit publish. Went to view site and text had disappeared from all four slides. Looks like just evaporated… No text layers viewable or editable on any slides. Any idea what happened or what i might try to get the text back? site is *Login to see link Thanks B.

On this live site I have added “News and Announcements” which lists posts using the following code (from the block editor):

This outputs the post titles in bullet-point format.
I’d like to reformat this by replacing the bullet with a small version of the thumbnail.
I know I remember reading about this in the past.
Please could you point me in the right direction?

Hello,

A 500 error indicates something is going on with your server, possibly timing out or a firewall is blocking the plugin installation. I suggest contacting your host to see if they can provide error logs for your site. This should tell you where the issue lies.

OK. I currently have it deactivated. And awhile back I had problems with “saving mode” being locked in process on several sites. When I deactivated tinymce and pagebuilder and SiteOrgin Widget bundle, the problem disappeared. I currently have tinymce and Site Origin bundle activated. But the pagebuilder deactivated. And don’t seem to have any problems for the moment. I am trying to use Gutenberg features and your added blocks/plugins instead. Although I do like pagebuilder and have used it for years before gutenberg.

I would leave it on your site. Lately there have been some bugs (such as with tinymce) that go away when the gutenberg plugin is active. It’s really up to you, but having it there so you can activate and test when there’s an apparent bug may be useful.

I have one site set up with the pro slider and anotherwith the regular slider.
On the mobile version the way the image behaves is different. Pro slider shows the image shrunk to fit the width, and regular slider shows the whole height (but the settings seem the same).
Wanted to ask how to set up the pro slider so it does the same as the regular kadence slider
