Topic: Demo content incomplete
I am missing something on the installation of your demo content. I set up a new wordpress installation and went through your instructions, got most of the demo but not quite all of it. It is at *Login to see link .
I set up another new wordpress installtion and installed the Virtue Bold demo. (I would like to fiddle with each a bit before deciding which I want to use.) I again have most of the demo content, but it does not all look formatted the way your demo site does, and when I scroll down the sticky menu with the slide-out logo (that is really cool, by the way!) shifts over to the left of the page instead of staying centered. My Bold test site is at *Login to see link .
I deleted the sample pages, posts, and comments that my wordpress imstallation generated before installing Virtue. I installed and activated all recommended plug-ins (at least I think I did) before installing and running the importer. After running the importer, I got a message that it was done.
Thanks for your help.

This is probably something you’re going to have to add with html, much like the previous button with the SMS link.
Try adding the link to this html and pasting it to your site:
<a href="https://phelpslawgroup.com/sms-test/#contact_form_pop" id="kadbtn1287" target="_self" class="btn button btn-shortcode" style="background: rgb(226, 71, 71); border-color: rgb(226, 71, 71); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" onmouseover="this.style.background='#af2e2e',this.style.color='#ffffff'" onmouseout="this.style.background='#e24747',this.style.color='#fff'">SEND A MESSAGE</a>-Kevin
In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Regarding Performance (of Ascend theme)
January 18, 2019 at 12:03 pm #213763Currently, Ascend and Virtue would have a little better performance in terms of how much Javascript runs compared with Pinnacle. We are talking about KBs the difference of a small image.
This becomes basically mute when you compare what Woocommerce needs/requires to run well on a site. It’s a different area of performance. An e-commerce site requires much more processing power because you can’t just cache everything and deliver a static site. So it comes down to the internal performance and that is all on the server and the theme doesn’t really play a part.
Does that make sense?

In forum: Ascend ThemeTopic: “Column” Background Colors
January 18, 2019 at 11:40 am #213758Hello,
I’ve used a pre-built row format block to create the icon link columns on the bottom of my home page. I can’t seem to get that content to be “contained” within the width of the page limits like the rest of the page; no matter what I try. My page is set to “contain.”
I tried creating my own block using row within a column format using the instructions found on your post @ WordPress.org (linked below). It just wasn’t working out because of the different title formats.
*Login to see linkSo I’m wondering:
1-Is there anyway to contain the width of my pre-built row/block?
2-Just curious if there is an update on this issue. Many Thanks

January 18, 2019 at 1:49 am #213718Hi Kevin,
I just checked it. But this is based on user roles that is not what I am looking for.
I just what it to work like the site example mentoined in my first email.
Hope you have a solution
In forum: Ascend ThemeI’m thinking of selecting another Kadence theme for a project for an artist’s blog since I have membership, rather than buying a new theme. (painter, sculptor etc) It will also include a woocommerce shop to sell her stuff.
I was thinking of using a cheaper hosting plan from my reseller account with an I/O limit of 2MB/s however that’s struggled somewhat for other woocommerce sites built on Pinnacle, which I’ve used only for testing. (4MB/s seems okay for my production sites.. I realise plugins are also a factor)
I noticed you say on your theme summary page for Ascend..
Completely customizable header including a very stylish vertical menu and a stunning transparent header that changes as you scroll. Amazingly versatile, built for performance.Does that mean it performs better than Pinnacle from a speed or I/O point of view?
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeWe just updated our site to WordPress 5.0.3 (from a pre-5 version.)
The above page is populated with a shortcode – “[sermons]”. The feed comes from a plugin called Sermon Manager.
Since doing the WordPress update, the titles that normally display in each entry have disappeared. You CAN see the titles when you click on an individual preacher’s hyperlink, like with this page: *Login to see link
I’m aware that this may be something to do with the plugin (and I’ve submitted a ticket with them) but I could use your help to rule out any theme custom CSS that could be interfering with Sermon Manager.
Thanks!

January 17, 2019 at 4:56 pm #213700Hey,
I suggest you install Yoast SEO and that would get all the mete information set up for you. Note that it can take time for Facebook to clear the cache of your site.Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeI’m having trouble sharing links to my website on facebook, the wrong image appears. I have tried using the ‘facebook sharing debugger for developers’ ( *Login to see link ) and that tell me that I need to explicitly profide the og:image property on the page I am trying to share. What does this mean and how do I provide this information? I haven’t posted for a while and in the past the featured image of the posts would generally appear on the link when i shared the url on facebook.
In forum: Virtue ThemeJanuary 17, 2019 at 2:43 pm #213693On the website I’m designing (*Login to see link ) – “Join Our Team” with an icon drops down below the other items in the menu. How can I add more space to left so it will all be on one line?

January 17, 2019 at 2:34 pm #213691Hi There,
Would it be possible to have a customer and business section on my site with their own menu.
For example:
/customer/how-does-it-works, /customer/contact
/business/how-to-connect, business/pricing
Same as on this site : *Login to see link
Hope it is possible. thanks
In forum: Membership ForumsHello Mark and Ben,
First of all a big thank you for your excellent plugins and themes!
Same observation with the “WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder” plugin. The navigation arrows between products in the same category are missing from the product page.
We look forward to seeing this improvement in a future update 😉
Best Regards,

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Adding Links to Icon Info Box Description
January 17, 2019 at 11:20 am #213665Thanks, Kevin, but is there something I can add to these info boxes only? I don’t want to interfere with any other titles on my site. Right now I’m just using ” ” before the description code, but I’d prefer for the space to be about half a regular line.
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi there-
I have a site at *Login to see link which resizes wrong at certain screen sizes. It floats all the content to the right and shrinks it down way too much. Is there anything I can do? Thank you in advance, your help is much appreciated!
