I’m seeing some errors on your site. Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting? I would suggest doing so. Then make sure to add only Ben’s css to your custom css box:
.page-id-417 .sub-nav-left a p { background-color: #123E48; color: white; } .page-id-2069 .sub-nav-center a p { background-color: #123E48; color: white; } .page-id-658 .sub-nav-right a p { background-color: #123E48; color: white; }Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Troubleshooting Rev. Slider
Hello,
Please help… My site’s been displaying the message below in place of the Rev. Slider since last night and the slider won’t work or update. I cannot find the troubleshooting page/tab in the settings as the message claims.Thank you,
Gary
GroomsRing.comRevolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: How to remove white margins on widget
In forum: Virtue ThemeJanuary 8, 2019 at 8:57 am #212525Hey,
Can you post a link to your site? It’s possible there is a plugin creating the conflict, with a link we would be able to see what’s happening and offer a solution. Thanks!

In forum: Virtue ThemeHallo,
if I like to see the portfolio types under the title are the always lowercase. It seem’s that this are not the name of the type, but the form of title (always lowercase). This is everywhere whre the tags are shown on my site.
See frontpage of Vegisto.
How can I show the Name of the portfolio type?
Thanks in advance.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeJanuary 8, 2019 at 4:37 am #212504Hi team,
Image
WebsiteOn the image you can see white margins left and right.
It’s a snapshot from my home page, link above.
I’m using the layout builder with site editor widget for this.
How can I get the pink background color on the widget (the quote ‘Ultimately…) to cover the full space, so there are no white margins left?
Sorta like the footer at the bottom of the home page.
I putzed around with the widget and row settings, to no avail…
Can you please advise?
Many thanks!Leila
PS I noticed the image link doesn’t open when embedded (at least for me), so here’s the naked link just in case *Login to see link

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: kadence blocks – post content page width
The code didn’t do what I wanted. Here are links to two post pages, pre and post Gutenberg. See the margin difference. I want the margins wider like in the pre-Gutenberg. And would like to try to do that with Gutenberg blocks without using Site Origin Editor if possible. Thanks for your help.

The first things is that I seem a couple of the title headers to the certain pages are now missing.
These two in particular:
This part doesn’t have the title of the page. It should say “Shop,” but more importantly, the menu to the page is now gone and that’s pretty crucial.
*Login to see linkThis one doesn’t have the header either. It should also say “Shop.” *Login to see link
Here’s an example of what it should like that. *Login to see link
Also, I have no idea why this is happening and it’s only within the custom template. In the checkout page(but not in the template), the order details are not bordered as they should be. Side note: Is there a way to show the pictures of the items within the order list?
In the same page, the paypal payment checkout is misaligned, but it shows up as it should in the normal(not custom template) checkout page.
And one last thing. I’d like to hover over the individual images in the product archive to look like this site’s page, *Login to see link and actually, I would LOOOVE to replicate their checkout page: *Login to see link
Thanks in advance!
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi Kevin,
Yes, thank you for your quick response and great help!! I plugged in both codes for both conditions for issues #2 & #3, they both worked.
I understand about the issue #1 being looked into. I am working on my website alone & I appreciate all the hard work you guys are doing! Continual progress!!
I have a question about the Pinnacle Gallery Widget & Gallery Widget images for the following page, not the caption text but the alt tag titles. Is there a way to omit the alt tag titles from showing up when site visitors click on them?

January 7, 2019 at 12:43 pm #212420Biggest thing to do is get caching running on your site. That will make the most significant difference.

The result isn’t quite as bad.I suggest reading through tis post to make sure you’ve taken each step towards properly improving your site’s speed:

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: very slow site load
In addition to the slow loading, I was having problems updating plugins. Site kept going into maintenance mode, which you had previously advised was a problem on the hosting end. Call GoDaddy and they said there was malware. Put a ticket in and that was cleaned out. They also said the htaccess file was huge, but that would be fixed in the malware cleanup. (I think)
I added the smush plugin and decreased my image sizes by 5.6 MB’s (!) after running that.
BUT the site is loading painfully slow, and when I ran GTmetrix I’m getting:
– an F for Leverage browser caching
– and E for Avoid CSS @import
– a D for Defer parsing of JavaScript
– a D for Specify a Vary: Accept-Encoding headerI could use your guidance. Thank you
