I’m not experiencing this on my site. Do you know your php memory settings? It could be that is being maxed. Your host should be able to help you increase them if that’s the case.

Looks like you’ll need to download a new copy of the theme from here:
https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/my-api-downloads/And the go to Appearance> themes, and temporarily activate a different theme.
Delete Virtue Premium from your site, and then hit the “add new” button, and upload the new download of the theme and activate it.
You will likely need to reactivate your API in Appearance> Getting Started. You can retrieve your API from here:

MariapalitoIn forum: Virtue ThemeYes, the cache has been cleared. The problem just appears once update to 5.0.2, you can see that all the pages created by siteotigin pagebuilder have the same problems…. That should be the incompatible problem between 5.0.2 and page builder….

I build website already with polylang at start and quite big period I didn’t saw any problems. Obviously after some updates something went wrong.

I’d like some clear advice about Page Builders now that Gutenberg is the new default WordPress editor. Should I be looking at (learning and) using it for a site Page Builder going forward, or instead use one of the page builders mentioned at *Login to see link ?
If the former, I’m not clear about Kadence Gutenberg Blocks, particularly the “Pro” version you mention. Is the Pro version or only a “standard” version available with a premium theme? The information presented at *Login to see link is confusing to me.
Also, I’d really appreciate discussion about how you’re approaching integrating with Gutenberg and learning about new features that improve the Gutenberg experience / toolkit as they are developed.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Polylang error
So want to make sure I understand this. You built the entire site then you decided to make it multilingual and just activated polylang?
Becuase if so there is a ton of changes that would need to take place (settings) not to mention a ton of editing. But importantly to start did you activate polylang for woocommerce?
If you did what polylang for woocommerce plugin are you using?

Hey,
With the latest version of the theme, you can actually leave the API blank and use the map. Try removing the API from your site and test.
I’ll see about whether or not it’s even relevant to be on the site anymore. Let me know if that works for you.

I don’t know what this means. You made it sound like before you didn’t want them to pay through the site? are you wanting to in the end force them to pay through the site?
You can create users from inside your admin panel > Users. There set the user to role “customer” and once you have the user created you can then create orders for them through the woocommerce orders menu.
Hard to recommend a help file because I don’t even know your woocommerce setup or how you are expecting this to work long term. If you are using WooCommmerce subscriptions then you could ask the plugin support if you have something tripping you up with creating those orders.
