Hi Team,
One for Ben, I think….

I’m displaying a list of posts using [kad_blog orderby=date items=-1 fullpost=false cat=news] and the client isn’t happy with the large square images. They have asked for a reduced-height image, like on this site.

I’ve tried setting width and max-width in CSS but that spoils the aspect ratio and you get a poor image. I’ve seen in previous replies, you recommended modifying a template file. Please could you advise what I should do?

I’m using Virtue and a child theme.

Looks like it’s in “CSS Hero” but I don’t know where to find that since I haven’t used that plugin.

In the future, you should only add custom CSS to Theme Options> Advanced Settings. There is no reason to add custom CSS to multiple areas on your site.

no nothing will happen other then the sites will say they are unactivated in the admin and you won’t see theme updates.

OK, thanks Ben.

As long as …

The other sites will deactivate themselves throughout the next week as they query and find the subscription they were connected with is closed out.

… doesn’t mean the sites will disappear or change appearance!

I’ll change the licence key during routine visits for updates.

Hey,

I’m not sure why the prices aren’t showing. I tested on my site and the variation price is displayed. I’ll continue testing until I find the setting, but showing the variation price is definitely possible.

Hello,

My website is almost done but there is a thing I’ld like to change on my homepage but just can’t see where to do so !!
I’m confused but I’ve been everywhere and I know I have once make some change and now impossible to find where.

Can you tell me where how to do so ?

Hi – I have a mostly 1 page site and on Chrome and Edge the smooth scrolling hits the targets – but on Firefox it’s about 25px higher on the screen – so hidden partially by the sticky header.
Also, if I refresh the page on Firefox the sticky header disappears until I scroll back up – that’s not a big deal really, just thought it might be relevant.

Hi, i create as simple example for tests purpose *Login to see link … just to check if i am doing the right thing: i create a row, with 3 colums of 33% witdh and i put a siteorigin editor widget with this shortcode: [product id=”2391″]

as you can see the product is not displayed as i wanted: all the column witdh … so, am i doing anything wrong?

PD: if necessary you already have the key to enter the site and check it…

Do you have “Enable topbar mobile menu layout” turned on from Theme Options > Topbar Settings? Can you post a link to your site?

Hello Bruno,

The first thing that I would try is going to Settings> Permalinks and resaving them. This may bring the pages back to your site.

If that doesn’t work, can you please link to these pages and posts?

It looks like this was the result of either:
a mistyped address
an out-of-date link

This happens to some of pages on my site.
When this happens the preview and publish is grayed out on draft’s

If i update some text, that will not be updated on my site.
The odd thing is that it’s not on all pages.

The problem I have is the “from £__” price doesn’t display in the similar and related products section of the site. If the product is a simple product, the price displays OK, however, if its a variable product, the price doesn’t display. It would be nice if the following displayed “from £__” so that all related products would look similar.

Is this possible?
