I agree with you, not sure how they think that the theme is causing that to be outputted?
I tried a live preview of the default theme but cant get it to work right… not very good at testing with other themes and I do not want to mess around with the live site as I have customers on the site all the time.
I guess for now I can just use the CC to hide all of the occurrences…
Do you find it odd that it only happens when a product is shown via shortcode on a PAGE as opposed to the standard archive page?
Is there a way to have featured image title placed below the images on blog page? Don’t see anything under theme options for Ascend. I guess I am missing something.

I was able to do it on this site but can’t remember how. I am not using Gutenberg on this one below yet.

Hey,
There isn’t a built-in function for this.If you’re using Elementor page builder you can use our Kadence Woocommerce Elementor plugin to create custom product templates. https://wordpress.org/plugins/kadence-woocommerce-elementor/
Or, if you prefer page builder by Siteorigin you can checkout this plugin: https://www.kadencewp.com/product/kadence-woo-template-builder/
Hope that helps!
Hannah
I’ve tried searching for a way to do this on WooCommerce forums but might be using the wrong terminology and hoping you can help. Is there a way to put a site wide image/banner above a specific product? So it will appear above the product image and name.
Thanks in advance
Hey guys,
I am currently using Portfolio items as the “features” section for our product. I like that there is a pre-built carousel for the home page, a pre-built portfolio page, and I like the sort by category and left right arrows on each portfolio item. That part is good.
The issue is that my “features” pages have much more text than images (they aren’t really portfolios), and I am trying to create a standard portfolio page layout using PageBuilder, but the standard Portfolio templates are getting in the way — even though they are basically blank.
Also, I would like the breadcrumbs to be site/features/feature1, not site/portfolio/feature.
What would be easier?
1. Work out how to lay out my portfolio pages the way I want, working around the portfolio settings (if that is even possible). And fix breadcrumbs.
2. Convert my “features” portfolio postings (there are 10 of them) into standard pages, and then re-work how to add the things I like about portfolios (the home page carousel with opaque rollover, portfolio page layout, sort by type on the portfolio page, navigation arrows on each post, etc.)
Option one seems easier, if I can re-work the basic portfolio post layout. But I don’t know.

Hi Kadence,
I’m actually trying to create a static homepage for my client while I make edits to the rest of the website behind it. So for now, I just want to get the logo centered on the home page without a mobile menu. But the logo looks off-center due to the “invisible” mobile menu that I have not set. I’ved looked through other threads in the forums but none of the css that I’ve tried seem to work for mine. It either adjusts the entire page and not just the logo. Hope you can help! The website is *Login to see link
Hopefully I can get a reply soon! Thank you.
Cheers,
Phoebe
The issue is your server is blocking google bot from your styles. See here: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?id=u_lOBrdzvlBTu37wzicQuw
Notice how the screen shot is not your site and is not styled, this is because your server is blocking all the scripts from loading if you click on “view details” it shows that hte page is partially loaded and that 48 resources couldn’t be loaded.
In the end, your issue is not a real issue, you can ignore it or work with your host to determine what is blocking the google bot from accessing your scripts.
I hope that helps,
Ben
Hey,
Variations load through Ajax (a lot slower) once they get over 30 possible variations. This is because loading tons and tons of possible variations through javascript can also really slow down a site and use a lot of memory. This is all controlled by woocommerce.

Hey, remove the bottom padding from the row with the text, then add the pattern background to the row with the button. in that row in the attributes add a margin-top: -26px;
For the lower button you could add css like this:
#panel-5-4-0-0 .siteorigin-widget-tinymce.textwidget {
position: relative;
}
#panel-5-4-0-0 .siteorigin-widget-tinymce.textwidget .kad-btn.btn-shortcode {
position: absolute;
bottom: -135px;
}

Hello,
I have a little issue that am trying to resolve but just can’t fix it.
Can you help me please.
My website can be open at this address :
*Login to see link
And I have a menu in which I’ld like to link to the main page (this very page!)
But I can’t see anywhere how to link to roadbook-video.com.
I’ve made a “home” page but the display is different.(In the main menu the link is on “Accueil”)
How can I link to *Login to see link from my menu instead of linking to *Login to see link ?
Hope that am clear enough in my explanation.
Thanks.
Gerard

Can you please link to this so I can see what’s going on? I just tested the shortcode on my site and it’s not showing like that.

Hi,
I’m looking to get the same look of the image menu that’s displaying your demo sites, but the current Ascend widget seems to be different. Is there another widget to have it look just like the one on the demo site?
Thanks,
David
Dear Kadence,
Since recently some pages on our wenshop (such as this one: *Login to see link load slow, especially the part where the variations are opening .. and from that moment on our complete website is unavailable and/or not loading.
Please advice!
Hi We are getting two issues for 1 page on our site:
Clickable elements too close together
Content wider than screen
According to Google search console the page at fault is:
*Login to see link
But I have used the Google search mobile-friendly test on a sample of other pages (all products) and they all generate an error. The home page ( non product page) is ok.
Looking at the mobile view on Chrome Developer Tools all looks fine, I don’t know how to find out what is causing the problems.
Would you be able to advise please?
Many Thanks
Hello
Just a quickie… I’m using sitebuilder by Origin on Ascend premium. I want the single cell row to be fullwidth and stretched with a background colour. However I want to keep the content inside without it being stretched. I can’t to do this as it just stretches the content inside the row.
Any ideas?
Thank you
that’s is the problem, if i click on the product the site goes to the single product page of that product…
thanks
Angelo
If you touch the product when with your finger on mobile you should see the add to cart appear. See here on mobile for an example: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium
Is that the same thing you’re experiencing on your site?

Hi There,
Working on a new website with Gutenberg and the virtue premium.
Just updated to the latest version of kadence blocks, in this case the row layout and the settings are no longer being applied.
I can view the configuration in the Gutenberg editor but they are not appearing on the front end.
Is there an issue with the latest version?
I’ll send links and logins if you need them.
Please can you help.
Thanks,
Mark.
