In reply to: Updated Jet Pack … now can’t get into my site :(
October 24, 2018 at 2:46 pm #205235Do you have a hosting provider that you can contact? They can access your files remove the jetpack file which would restore your site.
Else do you have access to cpanel or ftp access so you can remove the jetpack files and restore your site.

Thanks Ben, this has worked.
Apologies, I didn’t mean it to sound like you were responsible for fixing it due to the recommendation. I just wasn’t sure if I needed to approach you first about it before going to SiteOrigin.I’ll make sure to remember your advice on the translation.
Thanks again as always,

You can host it using a site like this: https://postimages.org/
Then just paste the url here.Hannah

October 24, 2018 at 10:53 am #205188Hey,
It’s recommended as much as elementor and brizy. It comes down to what you need. The major thing with site origin and WPML is to make sure “panels_data” meta is being translated not copied.
Try editing now, i should have updated your home page to translate panels_data and not copy it.

October 24, 2018 at 9:10 am #205157Hey, Just for clarity Woo extras only controls the product gallery on the single product pages. Not the archive image sizes.
I turned off the setting in the theme options and changed the crop setting in your woocommerce settings (for some reason you had not changed that yet). You can see it working on your site now.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Ascend ThemeGood Afternoon,
I’m having trouble with my Welsh language home page reverting to English after making any changes to the page and updating. I contacted WPML support and after some testing it seems to be SiteOrigins Page builder widget (Main plugin not Widgets bundle) thats causing the issue. (I deactivated all plugins except WPML and when I activated the SiteOrigin plugin the issue occurred.)
As this is a Theme recommended plugin I though I’d enquire here first. Can you help?
Thanks,

Hey Rodney,
So you no longer have access to even the admin area of your site, is that right? You should contact your host and ask them to back up for you.
Are you using the latest version of the theme? I would suggest contacting jetpack to see if they have any insight on this. Let me know if not.Hannah

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi Team,
I’ve constructed an online menu and order system on this site using WooCommerce and Product Table Pro from Barn2 Media.
On screen widths smaller than 450px, the “Add to Cart” button is getting cropped. I have tried switching to 2016 theme and the problem goes away. When it is working properly, there is a small “+” sign on the left which shows the additional details.
An example page where you can demonstrate this is: *Login to see link
It looks like Virtue is preventing the “+” sign from appearing.
Please can you help?
Thanks,
Phil.In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Image help

It looks like you’re running two caching plugins on your site. Bluehost seems to have a cache, as well as wp-fastest cache. Can you try clearing both of them to see if that makes a difference?
You should avoid having two plugins that are intended for the same function.

Hello,
My site *Login to see link
On the homepage of my site, mid body of the homepage I have a background with stripe black and grey image with the text “The Perfect 360 Waves”. For some reason it displays this way on desktop, but shows a previous image I had on mobile version. How can I make it so that the images on both desktop and mobile display with the black and grey striped background?
