In reply to: Style Jetpacks Social Sharing Buttons
October 9, 2018 at 10:29 pm #203770Hey,
That css won’t’ work, that post is from 2013 and it would only work on a much older version of jetpack. Now jetpack is set up using iframes and it’s not something you can style from the site because it’s controlled through the emebeded iframe. Meaning there isn’t css I can write that would work.
A free sharing option to check out: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/

I am currently using the Ascend theme with icons in the menu bar. The problem is that they are not centre aligned with the menu text. Is there a way in which to centre them? The link to the site is as follows:

You can customize that text by following this post:
https://kb.kadencethemes.com/knowledge-base/adjust-font-of-footer-copyright-text/The button can be removed in Theme Options> Footer, “Use Sitewide Footer Call to Action.” Just set that to OFF and it should go away.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Customize footer
I am trying to customize the footer on my site. First problem: I can see changes when I am logged in, when I am not I can only se the default “…Kadence themes”. Second problem: Nothing happens when I have tryed to follow your instructions to other customers to change the font size in “Advanced settings” – “Custom CSS”. I have even tryed to change the skin from “default.css” to “redhot.css” but nothing happens.

October 9, 2018 at 12:25 am #203697Hi,
unfotunately that does not work for some reason. The portfolio carousel was still visible in finnish site. I haad to remove it for now from Home Layout -ettings as I do not want it to b there before the issue is resolved. Do you have any other idea?
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi Ben,
Please take a look at the site :I removed all the unnecessary CSS. The only thing I need your help with is to make the slider full width.
As you can see, there is a white space (about 95/94px) on both the right and left side of the slider. I would like to get rid of this white space on both sides by extending the slider to the full width.I tried to play around with some css code but it didn’t work.
Can you please send me the css code?
Thank you very much,

October 8, 2018 at 4:34 pm #203683If you have Cpanel access you can go to web files > wp-content > plugins and remove the Kadence slider plugin that will get you access to the site.
If you were uploading via FTP then I suggest not ever uploading a theme or plugin that way. You can use FTP to remove the plugin then login and upload the plugin through the wordpress add new under plugins.
If you are having trouble you can send me a login to your server and I would be happy to clear it up for you.

October 8, 2018 at 1:08 pm #203668Not that I’m aware of. This is a brand new site built from a fresh WordPress install, using only Pinnacle Premium as its theme. The site displayed this way on the client’s iPhone, and on the Browserstack test site for iPhone. The error is similar to what we were seeing on the macbook before you gave me that bit of javascript to add.

October 8, 2018 at 12:21 pm #203661Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check your robots text file. make sure they are not blocking booking.com in some way so that your domain is accessible.
Make sure in your booking.com settings your site has the correct use of http protocol and www if you are using.
