I have a site that the update from 4.8.0 to 4.8.2 has this same issue – the site is working on 4.8.0 but when we upgrade the site shows a page with the header and footer, but nothing in between.
The site doesn’t use a child theme. PHP 7.2
We’ve rolled back from a backup, so working now, but is this still a known issue. Happy to provide login if this helps…

A client has had some difficult life challenges and have basically disappeared on me. I used your Ascend theme on their website under my Kadence license. Their website will expire July 4, 2019. Is there anything I need to do related to using my Kadence license for their site at this time or just wait until the site expires?

Hey,
There isn’t a built-in way to do that. It’s default the name of hte social media site.To override you would have to create your own widget through a child theme or you could possibly add in javascript that changed the text on page load but that wouldn’t be ideal for performance and not something I could recommend.
The widget is meant to be simple and perhaps you might want to test out some plugins that would add more options.

Can I update the theme on that site? I think I see the issue the site isn’t communicating with Kadence themes correctly. There is an update that may fix this already out. If it doesn’t this would be a great site to check with.

It was an odd error. Shouldn’t really happen so I will fix with the next version. Had to do with at some point turning on the mobile header and then turning it on for tablets, then turning off the mobile header. Anyway, your site is working and this will be fixed from happening to anyone else in the next version.

Hey, You need to start a new thread for new questions.
Pagebuilders are there own plugins you can check with there support for how to hide for specific users. If you are using siteorigin I’m not aware of a way to do this you would have to talk with the plugin authors.

Did you set the page builder row’s layout to be fullwidth-stretched, or just fullwidth?

Hannah, hello… I have two requests for questions (already ending the site, so thanks for your patience) and these are:
1.- I need to leave two fixed widget that are only visible in the home of the web. What is the widget of social network icons and the search widget, I need to be fixed for all pages and entries
2.- That the social network widget is also fixed from the homepage also remains fixed for all the pages and entries.
Is there any way to do it? thank you very muchexamples

I’m using Virtue Premium theme. I have Site Origin Page Builder installed. I have created slider using Kadence Slider Pro and have it active on my home page. I don’t know If I should be using the slider or a header image – I want the single image to appear on all pages and be full width. For some reason it only appears on home page and is covering up my main menu? Website is in demo mode currently.
Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I closed the previous topic to avoid any confusion.
I am using Virtue Premium.
I have embedded a slider in the header widget.
The slider is a Kadence Slider.
Under Slider Settings for this header widget slider, I have the following settings:
Slider Grid Height: 300px;
Slider Grid Width: 1329px;
Full Width is set “on”;
full height is set “off”The css code I am using for the header widget is as follows:

margin-top: -46px;
margin-bottom: -49px;
height: 300px;
width: 100%;
padding-top: 0px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
float: center;

Link to the websiteAll I need for now is the css code to increase the width of the header widget/ slider.
I used a chrome extension to measure the current width of the slider and it tells me that it is 1140px; I would like to increase the width of the slider/ header widget to 1300px.Thanks a lot for the help,
