Hi Folks

We have an issue with ironmuscleworldwide.com. The header has disappeared and is replaced by the default site title and tag line. No code or other items changed and was working fine. I have upgraded to php 7.2 and has not fixed this. Any help appreciated please.

I recently upgraded from Virtue Premium 4.1.9 to 4.8.2.
It appears the formatting may have broken in the portfolio navigation buttons that’s causing the center index button to be too wide and the spacing between that and the next button too narrow.

This appears to be caused by the whitespace-only text node (as shown in FireFox’s inspect element) moving from after the index anchor tag on previous versions, to inside the anchor tag on the current versions. This moving of the whitespace stretches the index button too wide and narrows the spacing between the index and next buttons.

My site is offline in dev mode but you can see the problem in your online demo portfolio page here:

Please advise which page builder works best with Virtue Premium and how can I manage this changes?

Hi Cynthia,
When downloading in Safari your download folder will automatically unzip. You just need to recompress the folder and you’re set.
Yep, the API is account specific and theme specific. You can use the same API on multiple sites.

I was using Safari to access my account. When I switched to Firefox, the file was downloaded as a zip.
So it is now installed.

Is the API key the same code for all of the sites I use the theme on? It seems this key is not site specific but account specific; is that right?

When I download the premium Virtue theme from your website it does not download as a zip file. It has no extension, it is a folder (virtue_premium). No zip files are in the folder. So… it will not install.

After updating to 2.2.9 Kadence slider doesn’t stretch correctly in the mobiles you can see the issue in this site

How you can see the first three slides are not correctly visible and I added white border around the pictures so they could show fine as they did so far.

Besides, in the header/menu green bar the search button is not shown at all
Please, check it and tell me if I’m wrong but so far it worked fine

since last update, the home page content on my site is not shown any more. The checkbox to display the page content (in home page layout) is ticked.
Before the update, everything works fine.
In dev console of chrome I saw, the wrapper for the content is loaded, but looks like the reference to the as home page setted page is not working.

Did I missed anything?

I don’t see the image in chrome or any browser. It’s because there is a javascript error.

Looks like it has to do with this plugin: WooCommerce Facebook Integration Event Tracking

And it seems like it’s because that plugin is calling gtag but gtag is not loaded on your site.

I realize that this is outside of normal support, but any help you can provide would be SO appreciated as my only option at this point is to redesign the website with a different theme. I have had the iHomefinder IDX plugin working with Virtue Premium for 2-3 years. Recently when I did updates, the buttons for buyer leads to contact the realtor broke (schedule showing, request info, and save to favorites): *Login to see link I tried deactivating all plugins except iHomefinder IDX with no success. When I changed themes to 2015 (after reactivating plugins) the problem went away and the contact forms popup. So I know it is a conflict with the theme. I contacted my support team at iHomefinder and was told that it looked like the Virtue theme is blocking js query code needed by the ihomefinder IDX plugin. He also told me he believed this was because of the way CSS in the bootstrap is nested. Can you please take a look at this to see if there is a work-around you can recommend? I would rather not redesign the site. thank you in advance for your help.

I’m seeing an error that seems to be related to something called “rocket loader.” Seems to be a part of a plugin or a your host.

First thing I would do is clear your site’s cache to see if there are any changes.

Based on what you are saying happened it actually sounds like some cache wasn’t cleared. Like you might have a minify plugin that wasn’t cleared when you updated. But with a link and login, I could learn more.

For extra info:

Litespeed server, running php 7.2 and all other plugins updated just fine. We run the caching plugin Litespeed Cache and this was cleared (to best of my knowledge) before the customer updated.

You can add this css:

    display: none;
}

I don’t suggest it as it would only save you 20kb those images are small. It won’t have any real effect on your site.

Instead, I suggest you compress images like this one: https://www.zemplengumi.hu/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/akcio-teli-atszereles-2018.jpg

Which that image alone compressed would save you something like 200kb.
