Hi Guys,
I’ve just done a new install of WP, Woo and Kadence Ascend Premium.
Woo have changed things in their plugin install and JetPack is all over the place now.
Do you suggest to install or not to install? Does it have any conflicts with Kadence?
We’re a full member of you site with all your Extras and we get Yoast Premium on many sites – is there any advantage in getting JetPack?

Hey,
If you need to verify that site and the code doesn’t output anything then you should place in your theme options > header and footer scripts. In the header scripts. DOn’t place anywhere else. And be sure to give it some time to come into effect. like a couple days for booking to clear their cache of your site.If you have code that outputs something like an emebeded widget then you need to place that in the “custom html” widget in your sidebar.

Hi there. I’m trying to adjust the spacing of my homepage slider, as well as the featured images on my other pages. There’s a small gap above the slider and the images which I’d like to get rid of. The site is metrobigband.com.

I found the issue, it seems that when some of my sites went down due to server issues, there was a default setting activated for Jetpack to use CDN for image serving. The result was all image urls were changed resulting in all images not being displayed. the url was changed to include “i0.wp.com”
I disabled this and all my images are now showing again.
Worth keeping an eye in this one for sure.

Several of my sites using Ascend Premium have stopped displaying images.
The missing images include product images, category images and post images as well as site logos and favicon.The media library still have the images and each page shows a placeholder but no image.
I have tried to update the theme but I get the below error also:
Could not copy file. ascend_premium/lib/classes/cmb/languages/cmb2-zh_HK.po

Hi! I have tried many methods (in vain) to get Adsense working on my site. Can someone take a look and see if there is something interfering with it working? I have tried plugins, widgets and currently I put the code in an insert header plugin. The closest I got to success was when I put the code in a custom html widget and I got a blank space where an ad would go. But no ads. All looks good on the Google Adsense account side of things. You really need to set the sites url to be https then run better search and replace through your database and update all the strings to use https.

i’m loading Fonts locally through Theme and set the Pricing tables to not load Google Fonts but i still see 6 requests from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com
Am i missing something? I don’t see other plugins that need fonts and i’m not using Kadence Slider.Site: *Login to see link

It should work the same regardless of whether or not the post has a sidebar. I just tested on my site and I am able to embed a youtube video on a non sidebar post.
The post you linked to doesn’t seem to be using the shortcode. Try adding like this and let me know if it works properly for you:
[kad_youtube url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsM6_QwSLf4"]Be sure to clear your cache after adding the video shortcode.

Hey,
The theme won’t transfer settings from the premium version to the free version. So if you add custom css into premium you would have to manually copy (you can export and import options) into the free theme.It’s impossible for a theme to activate itself in WordPress. Do you have other people working on your site that may have activated the theme before you logged in today?
It’s always suggested that you keep backups, it’s unlikely but possible that a server could have a loss of data through an error in your database and that could cause a loss of options.
Again I would be happy to help you update your site to the latest version of virtue premium. It’s quite stable and there are around 5,000 sites running the latest premium version right now.

I don’t really have any experience with plugins of that sort. What exactly about the html and CSS are you wanting to optimize? If site speed is your main goal, I would recommend focusing on the suggestions found here:
