    Hi Ben,
    I would like to have a store and blog on my site.

    Which option (1 or 2 below) would be faster for my site:
    1) WordPress and Virtue Premium installed in my primary domain (ckingsensors.com) ONLY and configure Virtue Premium for both blog and shop.

    or

    2) WordPress and Virtue Premium in my primary domain (ckingsensors.com) for the blog AND WordPress and Virtue Premium installed in a subdirectory (ckingsensors.com/blog)

    I hope I was able explain my question clearly.

    Thank you,
    Jay

    Hi Guys,

    on my website – http://www.sandusa.com the youtube video link (fancybox on revolution slider) has a few issues when viewed on a desktop computer.
    1. It doesn’t autoplay even though it is set to do this. i.e the link is
    2. When you click enlarge it stops the video and puts up an image from our media libary. I don’t have any idea why this is happening – surely it should just enlarge as it is youtube related.

    Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Baz

    Hi Holger,
    I just tested your site from an iPhone 7 and had no issue opening the menu. Make sure you have cleared all your cache including your mobile cache. Let me know if the issue remains.

    I don’t see the function I posted in your child theme? I don’t want to add code to a site unless I have ftp access because I can’t verify that your server will handle editing in the wp-editor. So if you want me to trouble shoot editing the plugin then I’ll need ftp access if your wanting me to add code.

    PHP should not go into the theme options. You have to place in a child theme.

    Hi Ben

    Thanks for your fast replies and help thus far.

    When I add the 2 codes to either the child functions.php or theme>advanced settings
    The following happens:

    When I use the default code: nothing happens
    When I use your code provided : the ticket form disappears

    I have also disabled all plugins except for for Woocommerce and and woocommerce box office and still the same results

    I have emailed you temporary login details just in case you want to have a look

    Please note that the site is live

    I added the titles in the tabs. The site is linked here – http://tamid.ucsd.edu/what-we-do/

    Is this what Ben what was referring to?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    I just tested and letter spacing seems to work on my site. Can you please link to the slider you’re using so I can be sure I’m testing correctly?

    Hey,
    I’m not sure how you got your iPhone to play the demo on mobile but mobile browsers have always blocked this. It’s not something new.

    If you just want a video on your home page I suggest adding a video. The slider is set up to add a background video so you can place text on top. If your only goal is to play the video as a video in the size of the video then I suggest simply adding the video to your site and not using a slider.

    The slider won’t play a background video on mobile because it’s not a video player it’s a background video option for the primary purpose of being a slider and mobile browsers don’t allow background videos to autoplay so the slider will always show the image on mobile.

    Don’t use PHP just add the slider shortcode into the theme options > main settings > Sitewide after Header Shortcode.

    Hi

    I created a slider with layer slider and I would like it to appear in all pages of the site, not only on the homepage.

    Can you tell me where to paste the php code provided by the plugin?

    Thank you

    Hi,

    I am trying to make the header of this page – similar to this page – using the virtue call to action. How to make the header bigger? Is it possible to left Justify the text like the site as well?

    Thanks

    Kevin,

    That only changed the copyright information. That info is fine to stay where it is. I am look to center the social media and address in the center of the column hope that makes sense. The site is Tamid.ucsd.edu so you can see what I am referring to.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    i have this website: http://www.cartellaingiusta.it

    I enabled the anchor links in theme options and use the kt-local-scroll attribute in rows with anchor (like the hero button).

    But as you can see, the anchor doesnt put me at the begin of the rows.

    In also, i use the responsive menù plugin, what css class i have to give to the menù to have the transition? Now the transition is instant and not gradual like the main menù.

    Thanks and regards

    Sorry for the late response, had no time.

    1. Correct: #ddd comes from border: 8px solid #ddd; as in:

    #payment div.payment_box::after {
    	content: "";
    	display: block;
    	border: 8px solid #ddd;
    	border-right-color: transparent;
    	border-left-color: transparent;
    	border-top-color: transparent;
    	position: absolute;
    	top: -3px;
    	left: 0;
    	margin: -1em 0 0 2em;
    }

    2. The wrong background comes from

    .woocommerce-MyAccount-content #payment .payment_methods li .payment_box {
    	background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.05);
    }

    Disabling the 2. rule would fix it.

    Both rules come from virtue.css:1.

    Strange, that you cannot reproduce it.

    PS Sorry, I cannot give access to the site, but maybe the above info already helps.

    Copy and paste the following <meta> tag into the <head> section of your site:

    <meta name=”commission-factory-verification” content=”0ee8f104cbc24b8eaccfd6acc21b422f” />

    It should be present on the following page, inside the <head> section, before the first <body> section:

    How do I do this and where does it go

    Thanks
