    Hi Team,
    Please could you help with a CSS fix?
    I am generally happy with the layout I have achieved in the footer of this site.

    However, when I reduce the screen size, the 3 icon-links misbehave and come out of “formation”! And the other footer columns don’t look too good either. Please could you suggest an approach to keeping the icon-links together under the “Subscribe” box for tablets and smart-phones?

    Many thanks,
    Phil.

    Hello Team Kadence!

    I am having a really odd issue with a particular page. I have a contact page that is not using the built-in form (right now it’s just a blank page with the default template) but for some reason, the main content is taking on mobile breakpoint @ 992px, and pushing the sidebar below. I can switch to any other template and it behaves as expected. But not the default template.

    When looking at the CSS, the page that is named contact shows the class col-md-12 but every other page has the class .col-lg-9. I’m not sure why.

    The really odd thing is … if I rename the page (update the url to something else), it works as expected and the class is changed to .col-lg-9. All my other pages are currently the default template and those work as expected as well. Page options and settings are the same on each page currently as well. Only this one page acts differently.

    I have tried reinstalling the theme, deleting the page and recreating the page, deactivating all plugins (just in case).

    I tested it on other sites running Virtue and have the same issue (only on default templates with the url as /contact/). Any ideas?

    Done! But nothing seems to work now, after the update. The site is blank now. Please check it out here: ohyeahdesigns.org

    Hello,

    If possible, can you please link to an example of these products? I’m having a hard time visualizing what you’re trying to accomplish and perhaps what you’ve already done on your site will clear it up.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

    Hello,

    the first thing that I suggest is clearing your site’s cache and and minify. Let me know if there is any difference after that.

    Hi,
    My site coyotekarts.com has lost formatting on the homepage and select other pages. Many of the pages appear OK but the homepage and Staff page have lost formatting when I’m not logged into the WP dashboard. When I log into the dashboard, all appears to be fine. When I log out, the formatting on the homepage is lost. Is there any idea you may have as to the cause of this? Everything has been fine until today.

    Thank you
    Keith

    Strange. I’m having no issues with the backend of your site. I’m able to edit the menu as normal. And I just updated the revolution slider for you without issue. What browser are you using?

    Hello,

    Could you please help me with this issue?

    I updated the theme to the latest version and than updated Pagebuilder from Site Origin to the latest version & noticed that my menu categories on my homepage ( below the revolution slider ) are not stretching the full length of the page like before.

    I have the following code that was given to me a long time back; which I’m guessing could be related to the issue :

    @media
    (max-width: 780px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid .siteorigin-panels-stretch {
    margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 780px){
    #pg-48-0 {
    margin-top: 1px;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 780px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid .siteorigin-panels-stretch {
    margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 992px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid-cell {
    width: 50%;
    float: left;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 992px){
    #pl-48 .panel-grid-cell {
    width: 50%;
    float: left;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 767px) {
    #pg-48-1 .panel-grid-cell {
    float: left !important;
    width: 50% !important;
    }
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 767px){
    #pg-48-1.panel-has-style > .panel-row-style {
    display: block !important;
    }
    }

    Thanking you in anticipation.
    Kind Regards

    Dear Kadence,

    I hope you can help me with this: after the recent update it seems that our press-images website does not function anymore. Would you be able to take a look for me?

    Thank you in advance!

    I used the page builder on a test page to create the code needed for four icon boxes I’d like to display on my home page. But because I don’t like the page builder structure, I used it just to generate the code that I could pop into four columns.

    I’ve been trying to just create a border around my icon boxes, but I can’t seem to create the code that works inside of the icon box shortcode. I’ve created a css class called (.icon-boxes) and thought I could enter my custom css there, but it’s not working. Below is all of the shortcode I’ve been tweaking, but I can’t get this to work. I haven’t been able to assign the class to the shortcode.

    <p>[iconbox icon="icon-wrench" iconsize="48px" link=" color="#444444" background="trasparent" hcolor="#ffffff" hbackground="#0070C8" border-color="#444444"]<h4>Website Maintenance</h4></p><p>We can maintain your site and keep it safer from attacks </p>[/iconbox]

    What am I overlooking please? Or how can I do this?
