Hi,

I have updated my own products categories, and deleted your template product categories from woocommerce categories section.

However, there are two product categories (mens, womens) looks been deleted but in fact, they are not. When i put the “product categories” widget at the Shop sidebar, these two deleted categories shows up in my categories menu. When I click on it, mens for example, it gives me the error like this one:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home1/nl8s007yl/healthbeautystore.co.uk/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/breadcrumbs.php on line 312

You can find the problem from my website: *Login to see link select a category, click on womans, then you will see the error above.

Could you please help me to sort out this problem?

I’m modifying the Home page which was built with page builder. I’m trying to change the background color of the page but have not been successful. I’ve removed all row separators and all other settings are back at the default.

I’m also trying to remove all padding above and below each row. On the Siteorigin forum they mentioned to disable ‘Add Widget Class’ in the settings but that did not work.

I really would like to include the video demo on my website. There’s even one in the gallery that would work with my company. How do I do this without importing all the demo content as I already have a website set up, just want to change it up a bit.

Thanks, yes that makes sense, but that’s not quite the issue. I’m able to get a sidebar to display on my pages, but I want to be able to populate it with sibling pages only. So for our site (saintmarks.ecwwblog.org), for example under “ABOUT” I would want the page for “Who We Are” to have “History, Become a Member, Clergy” etc. as the menu options on that sidebar. Is there a way to do this?

Hey there, I’ve got a website where I’ve added about 100 photos to a kadence gallery and I’ve added 5 different categories to those photos. When I preview the site, it only shows 3 of the categories. Additionally, if I enter the “customize” live editor, it shows all of the different categories. When exit the live editor, it still only shows the 3 categories again. It’s weird…almost glitchy.

When clearing caching you should always make sure to clear your server caching on your website in your wp-engine area.

Hello Max,

I just tested the infinite scroll on my test site and it’s working properly. I would test your active plugins for a conflict by deactivating one by one to see if the issue goes away when a certain plugin is OFF.

Be sure to clear your cache after each plugin. You’re also getting a bunch of errors on in your javascript console reading “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘is_mobile’ of undefined
at revolution.extension.layeranimation.min.js?ver=5.4.8:7
at revolution.extension.layeranimation.min.js?ver=5.4.8:7”

Are you up to date with all other plugins?

Strange. How did you go about clearing your cache?
Have you tried turning off the shrink header from theme options > site header? That will keep your top and bottom padding.

Hello,

Looks like for some reason all of your widgets got moved from your home widget area to the “inactive widgets” area in Appearance> Widgets. I’m not sure why this would have happened, as I haven’t heard the issue reported from anyone else and it isn’t present on my site.

You’ll have to re-place them in the correct area in Appearance> Widgets to get the layout back.

As for the call to action, you need to move it to the Active side of in Theme Options> Home Layout. I’ve taken care of this for you.

Hello Hannah.

If I go to Theme Options > Logo Options and upload the logo with text, it ONLY displays the logo with NO text before and after the shrink transition.

Currently:
The logo with text is in Theme Options > Site Header
The logo with no text is in Theme Options > Logo Options.
In Theme Options > Home Slider the Place behind Header is turned On.
*In this configuration, the ONLY thing I would want to change is to have the purple background display behind the logo with text.

If I turn Off Place behind Header in Theme Options > Home Slider the purple background stays consistent but it only displays the logo with no text.

I’m starting to wonder if the ONLY option to have the logo transition from one with text to one without is to enable Place behind Header which means there is no option to do this and have the purple background be in the place before AND after the transition.

I will post a second time with our WP credentials. If there is a way to take the current configuration and make the initial background behind the logo with text be purple, feel free to login and make this change.

b) then I use the “navigation menu” widget, add it into the column 4 footer, so the navigation menu contains the footer 3 menu.

That’s where the problem started. As the Navigation menu is fixed, the Terms & Conditions text took 2 lines of space within the narrow navigation menu box in the footer section. please see the problem from my website down at the footer section Resources. *Login to see link

I am wondering if I can make the navigation menu widget wider? Or is there any other ways to do it so the text can fit into just one line?

I’m trying get the cart icon in the header but can’t get it to show up. I can add a widget, but then it just adds the word “CART” in an awkward spot but I’d rather just have the cart icon. I know it was there when I built the site a couple months ago, we just weren’t ready to add a shop to the page until now.

The hover zoom effect is a part of the WooExtras plugin. Be sure that’s installed and active on each site.

Hi!
Is there a way to have a monthly archive that only displays the articles of a single category? I’d like to make that happen in the sidebar of a blog page that only shows articles belonging to one category, but the default archive widget only seems to list every article in the entire website. Any ideas?
