    I was cleaning up some stuff to address an SSL addition to the site and somehow the navigation duplicated the logo. I looked at the source and at the menu settings, but can’t see why it’s happening. I cleared the cache and refreshed, but no dice.

    Any idea what may have happened?

    Thanks,
    Dean

    You’re right! I whitelisted my site, and now they appear. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Site Origen Social Media button is not working. I am editing this in Appearances > Widgets > Footer Column 3. It used to work, and after a recent update, it has disappeared from my published pages even though everything on the back end seems to be correctly configured in the widget.

    Thanks, John

    We had the Hire Us navigation set up to have a green “button” around it, but that stopped working the other day and I’m not sure why.

    This is the URL for the site:

    The code that we had placed in Advanced Settings was this:

    li.menu-hireus {
    background: rgba(0, 0, 255, 0.39);
    border-radius: 5px;
    padding: 4px;
    background: #64b243;
    border-radius: 4px;
    -webkit-transition: background .3s ease-out;
    -moz-transition: background .3s ease-out;
    -o-transition: background .3s ease-out;
    transition: background .3s ease-out;
    }

    Why would it have stopped working?

    Thanks,
    Dean

    Hi Kevin

    Yes that’s my url

    in terms of the mobile site. I don’t think this is correct as if you go to the kadence video demo, and load it on your mobi, the background video plays perfectly. So it’s a little strange

    testing on google chrome

    Actually, the issue is just a limitation of mobile browsing. You cannot have a video slider on a mobile site. You just need to assign an image to the slide that you’ll be happy with, and it will function as a mobile background for your slider.

    Just to clarify, this is the site you’re working on, correct?

    https://www.coreconsultantsgroup.com/

    If so, which browser/device are you testing with?

    In your theme options > advnaced styling you can style the header background, if this is not what you want please post a link to your site.

    Hi I’m trying to get the same split content feature on my website http://www.coreconsultantsgroup.com

    However there’s two things:

    1) I cant get the grey area to “stretch” across the page
    2) The whole grey area is really really big (vertically) how do I make the total area narrower?

    As an aside- is there a way to change the font colour on the Ascend menu image widget from white to something else? And to make the images on the Ascend Menu widget into a hexagon or something instead of a rectangle?

    thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Lara

    Hi

    URL:

    I’ve added brands to products and I would like to filter to brands – to this extent I have added the Product List: Product Brands widget to my sidebar (please see to view the sidebar). Unfortunately when a brand is clicked the link takes you to a 404 – please see:

    as an example.

    I would like this widget to work and I also need to post a link to a brand on another of my sites. I haven’t changed any of the defaults within the Woo Extras Brands settings.

    Grateful for help.

    Thanks, Bruce

    Hi, I really tried to translate the site and woo commerce with Loco, but I didn’t know how. I read the tutorial like 4 times and I don’t know how but it didn’t work.

    I know is a stupid mistake but I spend a lot of time trying without results. ¿Can you give me a hand?

    Hey,
    Ok, Please forget all about plugins for a second this doens’t have to do with plugins.

    In your pages you have a page called “home” if you edit that page while page builder is active (which it is right now) then you can see widgets added in the page. Those widgets are determining the output of your home page.

    You had added a widget called “post loop” this is not a plguin it’s a widget. A widget which you must set up correctly to use. You had not set it up correctly and thus it was breaking your home page. NOT your site just the page where you added the widget called “post loop”. I have remove that widget for you so now your home page works.

    Is that more clear?

    Hi Ben

    No it doesn’t make sense. Please can you explain this again? As far as I’m aware I have no plugins added except some kadence ones and nothing is developed on my homepage as I’ve deleted it all and scrapped it exccept for the slider. Please will you delete this so called “postloop” for me and see if siteorigin page builder re-installs?

    HI Ben, I’ve stripped it back so that there’s no plugins installed. Then the theme calls for the kadence plugins and the site origin page builder. the second I do that, the memory fatal error happens.

    Hi Ben I can send you a list. I’ve deactivated pretty much everything, bringing it back to only the kadence stuff, plus woocommerce. And in doing that, the minute I load siteorigins and page builder specifically, it gives me an error. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled as well.

    Page Builder by Siteorigin is compatible with Kadence Themes. Can you tell me what other plugins you’re using?

    It seems that it’s the pagebuilder by site orign that is the culprit. I thought this was compatible with Kadence?

    We actually have almost no plugins beyond Ascend plugins, livemesh, siteorigins and woocommerce. that’s pretty much it.

    Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting? I’m also seeing some mixed content errors on your site. Looks like your currency swither map photos were loaded over http rather than https?
