I did a series of plug in updates and now my website format is not aligned properly. I don’t know what went wrong to be able to fix it.
on the home page, the two side by side images should be right next to each other.
On the shop link, it should be a grid with 3 columns
The Meet the artist, the images should be right aligned.

Do I need Jetpack? Is it a plugin you guys recommend? My impression was that it was supposed to help the overall performance of my site and provide some extra settings. I haven’t looked into it for a while now, though.

I’m using a Search Form widget in the topbar of THIS SITE. The default color for the word Search and the icon are a medium gray that just don’t show up very well against my burgundy background. I’ve looked long and hard but can figure out what might be setting this by way of Theme Options, so I’m thinking I might need some Custom CSS if I want to change the color of this.
Is this possible? Thanks is advance!

Hey,
The theme doesn’t control payments. It doesn’t edit any part of that.So most likely you have some configuration in woocommerce that isn’t complete and when PayPal sends the response it’s not being picked up. I suggest you start by looking over your paypal settings. If your using a plugin for paypal other then woocommerce default make sure you talk with that plugin developer and make sure they support the latest versions of woocommerce.
After checking your settings and making sure you have API credentials all set up, next contact paypal and verify that everything is being sent on there end.
If you still haven’t found your issue you will need to go into the server logs on your site server and see whats going on. It’s possible your server is blocking paypal api responses.

Not sure what you mean by “What did you have to do to fix it?”
I have not fixed it, all I can do is go in and manually mark all these errors in Woo Commerce orders as Completed orders so that my customers can access their downloads, other than that all incoming orders are not showing as Completed as they should do automatically after payment.

Hello I am using your virtue theme on my test site. I have a problem with one page, suddenly it look like it is “frozen”, on desktop it will not scroll down.
I deleted all content and still not moving.
On mobile it works fine.

how have u been? its been awhile im off from my wordpress site. Now i just purchased a new domain and start all over again.
i would like to use the virtue theme i ever bought but there is a problem when i want to upload the plugin

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
was it because i used the old version and havent had it updated?
please help me out of this thanks

Hi,
I upgraded my Virtue theme to premium and after that, my Secondary menu went missing. It is not showing although it exists. What could have happened and how can get the secondary menu visible?

I have just updated my Virtue Premium theme to version 4.6.6 and immediately the update has caused 500 Internal Server Error.
My hosting technical support team confirmed that it is due to the new Virtue Premium theme update 4.6.6 “The issue is with the theme virtue_premium, you will have to upload working conditioned folder of that theme”.
Please help fix this issue ASAP as my website is down because of this issue.
