Hi Ekaterina,
Page Builder by site origin and Polylang are not always compatible. It is a conflict with the plugins and is not related to the theme. Just to clarify, page builder is not a kadence theme plugin, it just is one we often use and recommend. We also are big advocates of Elementor page builder ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/ ). As far as multilingual plugins go, we love WPML. But if you are not able to pay the price, Polylang should get the job done for you. To my knowledge, there were some conflicts in the past with polylang and elementor, but these have since been resolved.Hannah

In forum: Ascend ThemeI have some ideas for handling a customer request, but I thought I’d ask the real experts if there might be a better way. If you take a peek at THIS SITE you’ll see a row of 5 CTA icons just below the home page slider. The client would like these to overlay the very bottom of the slideshow rather than sit beneath it. I know I can move the Facebook link elsewhere and put the icons in the Kadence Slider. I would then have to do something different for the mobile header, but I’d figure something out.
I also thought about having a secondary menu at the bottom of the transparent header slideshow, but I don’t know that there’s a way to get these icons and accompanying text into a secondary menu, is there? Or is this just a bad idea?
Any other thoughts for making this happen? As always, thanks much!!

Apologies and thank you for your help, everything is done.One more thing please. I would like to install the Polylang plugin which adds multilingual capability to WordPress. I need my website to be in 2 or 3 languages so I need it. I have installed it previously and noticed that this plugin is not supported by your page builder (Page Builder by SiteOrigin). If I use a page builder the Polyland does not work. Do you know anything about it or you may suggest another multilingual plugin? I would need to translate the pages myself and do not want to use any automatic translator.

I see from the search there are various menu topics but I couldn’t find one specific for the Ascend Premium mobile menu showing no content.When I populate the mobile navigation I can arrange the items exactly where I want them. The navigation items are all Product Categories, some are set as sub categories. I can see the mobile menu items while I am editing them. I can also see these items if I exit and go back into the menus – all seems ok.
When I use live preview and choose mobileview, the menu is blank and only contains the search bar. This is the same if I view the site on my mobile device(Samsung Galaxy S8 or iPad Pro)
When I set the mobile navigation to an existing main_navigation menu(which shows perfectly on desktop) the menu still doesn’t show when viewed on a mobile device.
I have several sites using the Ascend Premium theme and have checked the settings against working menus. Using the same structures I have working menus and non working menus, it is all very confusing.
I have used the original menus and also tried creating a custom menu to rectify the issue but I cannot get the mobile menu to show for the world of Unicorns site

In forum: Ascend ThemeThe home page header is displaying beautifully on THIS SITE with any browser using a PC. On a Mac Book Pro, however, the word “Esopus” insists on wrapping under the words “Town of” even though there appear to be plenty of space. I even tried some CSS to give it more space but to no avail. Then this happens it pushes the words “Welcome to the” upwards and causes them to overlay the topbar menu a bit.
Anything I can do about this? Thank so much!

What version of php are you using?
What are your php settings for max memory, max execution.
What is in your php error logs.
Usually with a slow response from the server there is either an error within the server or plugin conflict or your server can’t handle running a larger theme along with any plugins your using. A standard theme has no options and virtue has a lot so it’s possible if your on a very low-quality server that it’s running out of memory to power the site. This can also happen if you have tons of large plugins.
Either way I can’t guess at any of that without knowing more about your server and whats in the logs.

Our themes and plugins don’t track any of your site visitor’s information. If you’re using a Google Maps widget or embedding a youtube video, then those sites may store information, but the theme itself will not.

I have a website with a portfolio filter on it to filter between different categories of video’s. The website is in English and Spanish and on both versions of this page the portfolio filters are displayed twice. For the translation of the website i used WPML.
I can’t figure out what causes the filters to be displayed twice.

When I activate Virtue theme site becomes very slow. The developer tool of Chrome has shown that the value of TTFB is large. When I activate one of the standard themes, the site works well. Could you help to find the reason?
