Ok I am back.
So it turns out that the https://blog.fruitshare.com/ website was a theme conversion and they have a plugin they are using for the Alt Text, so this was a bad example.
I did find out where the issue is.
Go to https://protekpainters.com/blog/ and inspect the first posts featured image (Paint Sheen) – you will see the alt=”Paint Sheens – Ultimate Guide – ProTEK Painters Newton MA 812×450″Now go and click the blog and then inspect the image – you will see the alt=”” – no text
Here is another Ascend website with the same issue – https://kimberlypainting.com/blog/
Thanks,

Hello,
The best way to use widgets on pages is to use a page builder plugin, such as Site Origin Page builder, or Elementor plugin. Either will allow you to place widgets wherever you want on the page.
Here is a guide to using page builder:

Ok, so now the theme completely disappeared and I had to install the “twentyseventeen” theme so that the site will at least be active. I just downloaded the Virtue Premium theme and uploaded that to the site. Then I received this error:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: virtue_premium.zip
Unpacking the package…Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home/merrittbranding/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/
Theme installation failed.
Thank you for your help!

Thank you for the answer, Ben.
Below follows the log Hostgator sent me. According to them should these are the files that should b corrected, and they think that disabling cron is the way to go, but I am not comfortable with that because I don’t trust them. Do you think I should disable it the cron? The performence increased after I have instaled and configures cloudflare and heartbeat control plugin (related to ajax):

June 28, 2018 at 12:28 am #194324Hey,
I don’t really believe your host. I don’t think it’s very likely your issue is wp-cron. I do suggest replacing wp-cron with normal cron jobs on some sites because that can make sense for speed but based on what you are saying I don’t think that is very likely to be your issue.https://support.hostgator.com/articles/how-to-replace-wordpress-cron-with-a-real-cron-job
I’ve never liked Hostgater, so maybe they have a bug and it will help your site.
Troubleshooting server issues can be tricky. But no I don’t think this has anything to do with the theme, and I don’t think you should have to remove normal wordpress functions to make your server work.
I suggest getting the php error logs. Make sure your php is up to date and that your max memory and max execution time are set correctly. If your host can’t help you further then I strongly suggest a new host. Even Blue host would be much better.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: wp-cron.php
Hello,
I have this website (www.priceaction.com.br , that is basicaly a blog, but that also have a bb press, Memberpress and Learndash on it, among a few other plugins.
Today I upgraded my host plan on Hostgator from P to M, and I also removed the construction page.
Well, today I started to have the “500 Error”, and the host is saying that it is using 240% of CPU, and that it should be under 25%
They told me I should remove the “wp-cron.php “, which I don’t know what is.
My question is, if you guys know how I should tackle this problem and if you think there is anything related to the theme on this. Also, do you have any suggestions about what to do? Should I remove this wp-cron.php ? Is there any bad trade-off in removing it?
Thank you very much,
