Hi,
I’ve never had this issue before, but the mobile menu is not working on this site. I’ve tested it in mobiletest.me and screenfly, and it works, but when I try it on my iPhone, it doesn’t work. I have cleared my cache on the phone as well as on the website. Why is this happening? Here it the url:

This is David’s wife Michele. I am helping my husband with his site. To start, I have to say my knowledge of WordPress is very limited. I spent many hours getting his site (*Login to see link working but haven’t touched it since then (over a year ago). My health is very poor and my medication strongly affects my memory and concentration. I recently transferred the site to a new host and finally was able to move the site. My issue right now is my that my mobile menus don’t work. The Primary Navigation menu (the ones beside the Logo…Home..About Us etc.) I can see in a flash when I touch the menu button but it disappears quickly. I am not seeing the secondary menu at all (Farm..Amenities..etc).

Can you please help me fix this?

I have a WooCommerce website with Square inventory integration. I’ve been talking with their support about items that show 0 stock in the back-end but they display on the actual website. For instance there will be a shirt with medium size with 0 inventory and small size with 2 inventory. When I go to the product page I can see both sizes in the dropdown. But if I select the one with 0 inventory and try to add it to the cart it says there isn’t enough stock. I’ve enabled “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” but they still display.

WooCommerce support suggested I test another theme. I enabled the theme Storefront and resync the Square inventory. It no longer displayed the sizes that aren’t in stock.

Is there something I need to do in Virtue to make items with no inventory be hidden?

Ben,
I choose boxed layout with the Site Layout Max-Width 1440. My slider is set to full width and it goes out of the boxed layout (link) on wider screens. I want to contain my slider within the Boxed Layout of my theme so that it always have the width equal to the boxed size. Other than full width slider, my slider also provide an option of “Auto fill to element” and asks for the element. My slider also provides Boxed Layout option but when I set Slider wrapper width : 1440px, the slider does not fill the entire box width.

I just looked at your site again and it seems broken. And messy but I got an idea of what you are trying to do. Perhaps using css like this might be a better option for you:

Hi Kevin,

no, i actually want the opposite, i want to compress the left side of the page a bit. I actually had that margin set to 10px.

I did find it meanwhile:

On your test site PLease deactivate this plugin “woocommerce-tax-display-by-country”

And activate the parent theme.

Hey,

1. Try going to WooCommerce> Status> Tools, and “Clear customer sessions.” Also be sure to clear your site’s cache.

2. Let me know if the above steps make a difference.

It’s funny that in some other posts there is no error.

I have already disabled all the plugins, and changed all the options of personalization of posts that I found inside the panel of Virtue.
