Topic: Woocommerce Mobile page
Hello,
A few weeks ago, my shop page stopped shopping product images on the mobile site.
It may have happened when the settings for Woocommerce moved from the Woocommerce plugin to the customizer.I cannot for the life of me get the product images to show on the shop page.
I have played endlessly with caching options, and turning plugins off and on.My Website is *Login to see link and the product page is *Login to see link
Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
Bob

In forum: Ascend ThemeOn our site srp.org.uk I have the following in the footer script document ready function:
jQuery(‘body’).localScroll({offset: -200,filter:’:not(.tabAnchor):not(.accordion-toggle)’ ,duration:0});
This works fine, except that if you click the menu item Branches/Branch List then it appends #menu-branches to the address bar. I have checked (on a test site where the link is actually ‘#menu-srp-branches’) that
– the menu item does indeed contain just “#menu-srp-branches
– this happens if I place an anchor link elsewhere in the header, so it doesn’t seem to depend on it being in a menu
– it does not happen if I place a link #menu-srp-branches in the body of the page
– it happens whether the header is sticky or not
– it happens even if I explicitly set the option hash:false
– it happens even if I use jQuery.localScroll instead of jQuery(‘body’).localScrollI’m baffled – can you help please?
Hi there. I have been trialling the Kadence Galleries plugin on my blog site here (as a Demo page for now):
Now, for the time being I’ve reverted to the “Magnific Popup” option (I’ll come to why in a moment on my second point).
All is OK with this option BUT there is one consistent, minor-but-nevertheless-annoying issue across all three main device types:
The right-hand-side navigation arrow (on Lightbox) is not in the correct position. It appears “jutted in” – too far from the right-hand-side (left side is fine/as expected).
I’m aware that this could be a clash with my Theme CSS – but I don’t _think_ so.
Is this how it appears on everyone else’s installation of the Galleries plugin (i.e. a Known Issue) – but do I have a clash somewhere?
My second issue (prior actually to this one) is that although the “Photoswipe” Lightbox is _awesome_ it ended up being too fancy for it’s own good – in that there is an annoying issue whereby you end up having to click an “X” twice – in order to return to the main page (or did I miss something / a setting).
Thanks for any advice here – the plugin itself is SO good if I can iron out one or both of these I’ll have THE perfect solution for what I need here and elsewhere on projects!

March 24, 2018 at 5:46 pm #184871Ok thank you. I was hoping there was a way to just add image files so they would just appear in the icons section of the virtue shortcodes in the Site origin editor in the page builder. Am I understanding it correctly that that is not a possibility?
Thanks. In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Fit icons on topbar in mobile mode

Thanks, Hannah.
1. The css you wrote for the buttons in the shop section works perfectly, the “proceed to checkout” button on the cart page also needs this treatment, please.
2. The banner/kadenceslider across all main pages site-wide sits where I like using the css I now have in place, but on pages when that banner/slider is not displayed, for example on the cart and checkout pages, the contents of that page become hidden behind the text of the top menu.
I would like to move those contents down on those two pages so they do not overlap with the primary menu items.
Thanks so much for your help.
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: add image on main menu
March 24, 2018 at 2:20 am #184827hi, i would like to create something like in this site, *Login to see link the search field on the right of the logo, but i would like to do it just with an image…. or if you have the way to put a field like that…well… great…… how i can accomplish that?

March 23, 2018 at 7:36 pm #184781If your image is at least 660×440 then the theme will crop them all to an equal height. Your first post on the site has too small an image so the theme can’t crop it to match the rest in size. Really you should be uploading at like 1600px so you can support retina.

In forum: Ascend ThemeTopic: Footer Width
I’d like to have the legal disclaimer in a footer section that is full width.
I have the 5th option selected in theme options > footer settings. I’m using the ‘extra widget area above the footer’ for a sitewide call to action – not visible on the homepage.
How can I make the legal disclaimer full width?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Change header logo for blog posts
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi,
Is it possible to have a header image for each blog posts? By that I mean the logo header. I managed to have individual header logos for each page on the site by changing the custom CSS and adding a CSS background image, but that doesn’t work for individual blog pages.
Thanks,
James
In forum: Virtue ThemeHello, I am have two issues in the shop section of my site that I would like to solve.
1. The first is that the buttons for “view cart” “checkout” on the shop page, “proceed to checkout” button on cart page, and “place order” button the checkout page. These are all white text on a white button and are not legible. I can’t seem to find where to change this text color, but simply changing text to black would be acceptable. Could you give me some advice on how to change them please?
2. The second is there should be some added padding beneath the primary menu and above the content on the Cart page and Checkout page. Could you please help me add some padding there so that the contents do not overlap?
Thanks so much!
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Website Menu
My website menu for “PRODUCTS & SERVICES” is beginning to get a little unruly and I would like to figure out how to get it organized a little better…
My website is http://www.sbmar.com
The drop-down for products & services is THREE levels deep and contains most of my websites links, etc.
Is there a solution that will allow the links to be better organized and not drop-down to below the screen when hovered over? I would like the links to be displayed a bit more on a “square” or horizontal plane but also still allow the sub-level menus to be accessible by hovering over.
Is there a somewhat hybrid menu layout solution that will allow me to accomplish this? When I chose the “full-width” layout with multiple columns, it did not work at all…
Thanks!
Corey
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Can’t apply CSS from one page to another
1. So it’s Virtue: Tabs & Accordions > Edit Row i, (i=1,n) > Row Styles > Layout > Bottom Margin 0 | Gutter 0 | plus whatever other adjustments I care to make.
2. The first instruction (“we always suggest using the visual editor widget over siteorigins”) didn’t help, and when I searched on “visual editor widget” nothing useful appeared. But a thousand apologies: your second lot of instructions above was abundantly clear.
Thanks. Things are coming together.
