Can’t apply CSS from one page to another

Hi there,
I’m really not understanding some CSS and the internal structure of Virtue Pro at all.

In the first window you supplied me with the CSS to colour in the icons and draw the orange lines around each icon box. That’s why it works!
I want to repeat the formatting in the second window, in both the upper area of the window and the area under the Current Actions tab.
By use of Inspect Element windows, I confirm that the first window has .page-id-1865 (as you told me), and discover that the second window has .page-id-2407.
When I re-use the CSS from the first window for the second, by changing 1865 to 2407, nothing happens.
What am I misinterpreting? doing wrong?
