Hi Darren,
Which editor are you using? If using the wordpress editor and the kadence blocks plugin you could use the tabs block. See an example here: https://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend-5/tabs-block/
Or, if you’re using a page builder plugin you could use the virtue: tabs and accordions widget.
Would something like that work for you?Hannah

January 29, 2019 at 3:29 pm #214888I can confirm it’s not a bug that the filter doesn’t search your page, it’s not forcing a reload like your sidebar widget it’s simply a filter designed specifically to filter the page and we try to make that clear in the theme options where you turned it on. Where you have a lot of products this filter is not intended to be used. Much better to use normal navigation which you can easily add at the top of your shop page if you wish.
I strongly encourage you not to have more than 80 products on your page. In fact, I would advise not to have more than 30.
However you certainly can do whatever you want regardless of our advice.
Using a child theme: https://www.kadencewp.com/child-themes/
You can add this function to the child theme functions.php file.
function custom_products_per_page() { return 120; } add_filter( 'loop_shop_per_page', 'custom_products_per_page', 100 );In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Lastest Update Error on Image Menus
January 29, 2019 at 2:07 pm #214874Hey,
Those images are pulling from a different file structure: https://www.onerestore.com/ocala/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2018/05/google-2.jpghttps://www.onerestore.com/gainesville/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2018/08/NEW-Logo.jpg
It’s as if you moved the site without updating the urls? Have you tried setting the images again in the widget so they are pulling from the WordPress library?

January 29, 2019 at 12:32 pm #214861In the child theme, there is css set to hide the header widget on mobile.
I added a widget just with the image for google review and I set that to show when your header widget hides.
Let me know if that works for you.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn Virtue Bold, the premium theme with woocommerce you can increase the number of products on the shop page over
80? (Annex 1 shop setting)
I have activated the categories filter but it works only on the items displayed on the selected page and not on all the products on the site. (attachment 2 shop page)
This is inconvenient, it seems almost a bugs because if I use the product category in the widget it works correctly (attachment 3 product select from widget).see the attached file at this link

For Post grid look in the “widget” category. Also note that you can always search and if you search KT you would see all the blocks.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Conflicts between Elementor and Pinnacle
Hello,
1. Can you please link to one of these pages so I can take a look?
2. This is not something that the theme should control. If the other plugin is working better, I suggest just using that instead.
3. Page builder and elementor are entirely different plugins, so you can’t import a page builder page directly to elementor. You should be able to use a site origin widget within that page builder, but as for copying the content directly to a totally different page builder, I don’t think this is possible.
4. Please post a link to your site so I can do some further testing. Be sure that you include a link with every support query. Thanks!

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Topbar Reconfiguration
Hey,
Instead of adding them via the icon menu, I suggest enabling your topbar widget area in Theme Options> topbar Settings, “enable widget area in right of Topbar?”
Then, navigate to Appearance> Widgets, and add your social icons to the topbar widget area.
Does that work for you?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Blog Page: Use Grid Layout with Sidebar
It depends on how the plugin adds the feed. It should be either through a widget or shortcode, and either option would be compatible with the theme footer widget areas.
The theme doesn’t have any control over that plugin so whether or not it’s worth the purchase is up to you. You could search for free plugins that offer the same functionality, but I’m not aware of any off the top of my head.

Correct. I think the Instagram is the last tweak. I tried the footer….but let me try again. So that I understand you correctly, I can use that footer widget to link my Instagram account.
But here is the thing about Instagram Feed plug in, it only give you the grid option unless you upgrade and buy premium. Is it worth the upgrade? I understand you highly recommend.
Thanks,

Just so I’m clearly understanding, everything else about the page is correct? You just need the instagram plugin to show above your footer?
One thing that may work for you is to use a footer layout that has a widget area stretch across the top of your footer. You can set this in Theme Options> Footer> “Footer Widget Layout.” Just select one of the far right options, and footer widget area 1 will show above all other widgets.
Does that help?

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: transparency on text editor
Hello,
You should be able to set that background in the display settings for the widget itself. I recommend setting the background in page builder rather than CSS if possible.
If that doesn’t work, try this CSS:
#panel-1278-0-1-0>.panel-widget-style { background-color: #f7f7f7bd; }You can find a ton of tutorials on youtube and around the web for learning CSS. Here’s a post I made awhile ago that shows how I’m able to find elements to write custom CSS:

Hello
I’d like the white background of the siteorigin editor widget containing the testimonial to be 50% transparent.
*Login to see linkIs there any online course you can recommend for learning how to identify the correct area, so that I don’t have to always ask?
Thank you, Carrie

Hello, Kevin! How do I change the bold text in the footer area to regular text? Also for the vcard widget in the footer the icons appear to be black, how do I change the icons to white, so that they can display correctly?
