Number of items visible in the shop page

In Virtue Bold, the premium theme with woocommerce you can increase the number of products on the shop page over
80? (Annex 1 shop setting)
I have activated the categories filter but it works only on the items displayed on the selected page and not on all the products on the site. (attachment 2 shop page)
This is inconvenient, it seems almost a bugs because if I use the product category in the widget it works correctly (attachment 3 product select from widget).
