Good Afternoon,

I’m having trouble with my Welsh language home page reverting to English after making any changes to the page and updating. I contacted WPML support and after some testing it seems to be SiteOrigins Page builder widget (Main plugin not Widgets bundle) thats causing the issue. (I deactivated all plugins except WPML and when I activated the SiteOrigin plugin the issue occurred.)

As this is a Theme recommended plugin I though I’d enquire here first. Can you help?

Hi Frank,
In your home edit page, when editing the ascend: call to action widget I can see that you have added the following to your mobile css styles:

background:url(https://360brotherhood.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/maxresdefault.jpg) center no-repeat;
background-size:cover;

If you don’t want that anymore you can just remove that css.

No, I’m seeing the new image show as a background for the old one when I remove your CSS. Check and make sure that you’re not assigning a background for the widget and the row. If you want you can post a login in a private reply and I can take a look for you.

Found this Site Origin link also on how to activate page builder within Guten draft page. https://siteorigin.com/siteorigin-widgets-in-gutenberg/
I guess that means if I work within Guten pages, page builder will be available. But it’s in beta stage. They only recommend using it on Guten test/demo pages and not production pages. What do you think?

Hey,
This is correct the widget areas will align in order 1,2,3 from left to right but if there is nothing in 1 and 2 then 3 would still be aligned left.

If you add just one empty text widget as a placeholder that would push things to the right.

I’ve been working in site switching any page that was created to draft that I don’t want to use. What is left active are the Ascend pages created from demo content that use Ascend widgets, and editor is not Gutenberg. How do I get the pages to use Gutenberg?

Hi! I have my footers set to three columns but when I try to add an image via the Footer widget the image is aligned to the left. It doesn’t make a difference if I use Footer Column 1, 2 or 3. When I added the image in Footer Column 2 and 3, finally one of the images was centered. But as soon as I removed one, the remaining went back to the left. Ideas? smartypantsfinance.com

I was using the SiteOrigin Editor and then the Ascend Image widget. But yes, it does appear lazy load was enabled.

I think I fixed this, the issue is corrected when using the SiteOrigin image widget to display the photos.

This isn’t an option within the tabs accordion widget. You would have to use a shortcode if you want something other then the first tab to be open. It’s certainly something we can add to feature requests.

Sorry, I’m using the accordion widget because I insert different menus in the different panes, and I can’t put this content using the shortcode in the visual editor widget …

You can add the shortcode instead of the accordion widget. Just insert the shortcode into a visual editor widget, and then add all the content where you see “<p>Put content here</p>” in the shortcode.

I see, it’s easy in that way, but I’m using Virtue Tabs&accordions widget. So, I can add different panes and by default, the first pane is expanded. I don’t know if it’s possible to choose which pane to be expanded, and if it’s possible that an expanded pane remains untill you close it again.

(I’m using child theme amb I’m able to include in php files.)

Photos that are uploaded through the gallery widget are not displayed on the mobile phone, just a black box. In this case, everything works when you open the page on your computer.
