    Hi
    I’m using the free version of Interactive 3D FlipBook for a pdf a client wants as a flipbook on their website.

    After installation the flipbook displays perfectly on the page via shortcode, but when trying to edit widgets in the primary sidebar the SiteOrigin widget fields appear blank (Sidebar > Layout Builder > SiteOrigin Editor widgets)

    I’ve cleared cache, re-saved the permalinks

    Any suggestions?

    I have a problem to style my image menu items (I am doing this using the widget on the home page) I want to place the text in the middle and without the white frame around that text. Cant find the way of doing this at all. I would like to send you screen shot but meanwhile you can view it when you scroll on the website:

    YOu will see 6 portfolio categories created using image menu item. I hope you can help.
    Many thanks

    Hello,
    On this page here, at the bottom, the pictures in the four siteorigin-image’s widget are not being displayed in the same size. Although all the pictures have quite the same size originally.
    I’ve been trying everything on different parameters and still can’t have the pictures displayed at the same size.
    What am I doing wrong ?
    Thanks.

    Hi Team,
    Please could you help with a CSS fix?
    I am generally happy with the layout I have achieved in the footer of this site.

    However, when I reduce the screen size, the 3 icon-links misbehave and come out of “formation”! And the other footer columns don’t look too good either. Please could you suggest an approach to keeping the icon-links together under the “Subscribe” box for tablets and smart-phones?

    Many thanks,
    Phil.

    Hi Frank,
    When you go into your home edit page, click to edit the Ascend: Tabs & Accordions widget. Next, click to edit the individual visual editor widget, then open the Design tab under Widget Styles. There you can set a border color (or remove the border) for the individual menu block.
    Hope that’s helpful!

    Hi Arun,
    Are you wanting a size chart? Like here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-bold/product/ship-your-idea-2/
    That’s a feature within the kadence woo extras widget: https://www.kadencewp.com/product/kadence-woo-extras/
    Or you could add a modal shortcode to your product short description area and create a form to go inside the modal.
    Hope that’s helpful! Let me know if you need more guidance.

    Hello,

    You can do this with shortcode. Rather than add the posts via the Home Layout section, place this shortcode either in the page content area of your home page, or enable the home widget area and add it to a text or visual editor widget in Appearance> Widgets:
    [blog_grid orderby=rand items=2 columns=2]

    Let me know if the shortcode option works for you.

    Hey,
    You can type the title in as uppercase. You can also use css like this:

    .sidebar .widget-title {
        text-transform: uppercase;
    }

    I would like to ask you please could you indicate how to leave the word “category” in the sidebar (which is inserted from the widget) with its title in capital letters (currently appears in lower case) thanks

    Hey,
    You would have to use a child theme, this isn’t a theme option. And you can’t do this:

    Is it possible to make Primary menu look like top bar and have mini cart also show amount before hovering over Cart total? And then disable top bar and move primary menu to the place of top bar?

    That would be harder to pull off then simply creating your own topbar mini cart.

    are you using a child theme. Do you know php and can update a function like this as wooocommerce changes? You might want to look for a plugin option and place in the topbar widget area.

    For your top widget, it’s set up to not using border-box instead content-box but it’s not defining that in its own css… so you can add that css:

    .eviivo_availabilitychecker {
        box-sizing: content-box;
    }

    Hey Lara,

    Can you specify which page elements you’re having issue with? I can’t see anything obviously wrong.

    There isn’t really a way to use page builder on category pages, unless I”m overlooking something.

    One option would be to add the posts with shortcode or widget in page builder, then add the other widgets above.

    An example of blog post shortcodes by category would look like this:
    [blog_posts type="grid" orderby="date" items="4" cat="photos"]

    Here are shortcode options:
    http://docs.kadencethemes.com/ascend-premium/shortcodes/

    Let me know if that’s helpful.

    I can’t get your house of golf site to load.

    But I think now I understand. similar fix through. Create a widget or shortcode that can output the code they are hooking into the page.

    #198181

    ok, you threw me off by saying:

    We are using the Template Builder to make a custom checkout page

    You don’t seem to be talking about the checkout page but actually the product page. You would likely need to create a shortcode or even a widget that would output there code. They likely hooked the main hook which pulls in all the content. In the builder that hook isn’t used so you can manually pul in the content you want in the order you want it in.

    If your interested in coding this I can point you in the right direction if you send me a copy of the plugin so I can see it’s code.

    Hey,

    Try adding this CSS to Theme Options> Advanced Settings, and let me know if it works for you:

    .virtue_social_widget.clearfix {
        max-width: 155px;
        float: none;
        margin-right: auto;
        margin-left: auto;
    }

    footer#containerfooter {
        text-align: center;
    }

    Ben, I use Siteground for hosting and they have it where you can simply upgrade your PHP Config with a click; however when I attempt to do, I get this error message about Kadence Slider (and also one other plugin, the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle) that they are incompatible and then I’m not able to upgrade the php version.

    Is this valid for Kadence Slider? See below image on dropbox…

    Thanks!

    Hi
    I have my footer set at 4 columns, first column full width, 3 columns below.
    The Virtue Social Media Widget is aligned left in the first column – I would like everything in the footer areas aligned centre.
    I’d alsolike to make the social media icons bigger.
    Can you assist?

    #198088

    Hey,

    I also can’t seem to access the shortcode button. Does it work when you add a visual editor widget?

    Hi
    I’m trying to get rid of the padding around the image in a sidebar widget I’ve set the width to 100% on the text viewer, but it seems the theme is padding the image. I’ve also removed the default padding on the Miscl theme options. can you assist.
