HI Ben,
Thanks for your help. I am looking to have the widget area (the 800#) in the center of the topbar.
Hi, Hannah, or Kevin or Ben… 😉
Hope you all are well.
I’m having difficulty with the widget appearing in the Header. Will send login info below…but so you know…here is what I’ve tried.
Theme Options > Choose Header Style > Option 5 with extras on each side – LOGO CENTERED
Theme Options > Header Extras> Checked first and second widget area
Appearance > Widgets > place widget in each Extra Widget Option.
Nothing. <sigh>
I looked from Custom CSS to make sure that I had not overwritten anything, but you might catch something I didn’t.
Any suggestions?
Pam
Hey Diana,
Do you have the topbar widget area enabled? Can you post a link?
Hannah
I turned on the topbar, but there is no topbar widget in the widget area. Latest Virtue theme and WordPress versions.
It looks like you’ve set your homepage as your shop page from Settings > Reading. You can’t do that and also enable other modules in the homepage layout manager. If you want to add a shop archive to your page I suggest using a shortcode like this: [products limit="12″ columns=”3″] You can add that to a text widget in your home widget area or else to the content area in your static home page.

Hey,
Can you post a link? The homepage widget area should work for you. Can you confirm it is enabled in the homepage layout manager?
Hannah
I have a problem with the homepage layout. Under my woocommerce products i want content in the shape of text. I tought i could use the the home page widget area (Theme-Options->Home Lay-out->Homepage layout management). When i add a text to that widget area nothing displays.
Can you help me with this issue?
Thanks
I would like multiple independent Widget areas that I could use in different ways.
Sorry, I was confused with the icon menu. What you could do is enable the home widget area in the homepage layout manager, then add virtue: info box widgets from Appearance > Widgets. Or, if you’re setting your homepage as a static page from Settings > Reading and you’re using the block editor, you can add a row layout block with multiple columns then add a border around each column.

Hi,
We’re using ‘Home Widget Area’, ‘Page Content’ and ‘Custom Carousel’ on the home page. We have the Module Page Content set to Photo and 3 post columns. It’s all working really well, but we’d like to limit the number of posts in the ‘Page Content’ feed to six (3 columns x 2 deep).
We found that if we restrict the number of Blog posts to 6 in ‘Reading Settings’ that works, but we would prefer not to have the extra content buttons that appear (I know, we’re fussy!) and also not limit the blog pages themselves. Basically, we really liked the look it had before we added the 7th post.
Is there a work around for this?
Many thanks,
Phil
Hey Mikel,
You can use the home info box from Theme Options > Home Layout and just choose not to have an icon. Or you can add a text or visual editor widget to your home widget area then use css to add a border. Would either of these options work for you?

Hi, we have a new site ( at the moment it has a coming soon mode) …where we have the main menu like this
but if the screen is less than nearly 1500px it starts to overlap elements ….
and finally when is too much it falls in a big problem…
so, is there a way to force mobile menu even, under 1500 px? and, there is a way to mantain only the menu always streched on all its container? i mean, i notices that the logo and the extra widget area try to get closer to the main menu and a lot of white space is left on both right and left sides…
can you help me?
thank you very much!
1. You can use css to hide the navigation labels. If you post a link I would be happy to provide that.
2. For that you would need to use the header widget area and add a search widget from Appearance > Widgets. You can enable the header widget area from Theme Options > Main Settings > Logo Options.

Hello Support team!
I’ve put phone number and email into topbar widget area in desktop view.
And into Mobile Top Icon bar in Mobile view.
In mobile view, top icon bar is sticky, perfect!
But is this possible to make Topbar Widget area also sticky, in desktop view?
Thanks a lot,
Anita
Thank you, I got it to work with this shortcode: [carousel type=”testimonial” columns=1 fullwidth=standard speed=9000 limit_content=false cat=full name of testimonial-group items=30].
But the lines don’t break properly and the styling is really basic and hard to customize.
Therefore I continue to use the plugin “widget on pages” and can style the testimonial carousel in the widget area in a few clicks.
I will switch to Kadence Testimonial block once I have the nerve to import more than 60 testimonials, though 🙂
Best,
Bernhard
My client wanted custom content above the page content on the homepage. The only way I could figure to do it was with the Home Widget Area. I can’t seem to target the area to adjust the font and line height. (Specifically, I need to set a different line height for mobile because it is currently wonky.)
What CSS do I need to target the Home Widget Area?
Thanks!
Hi,
Is there a way to reorder the Pinnacle social icons in both the footer social icon widget and staff icon area please? The topbar social icons are great as they are in the theme options but I couldn’t find an option for the others.
Specifically on this site the client has requested:
– order the footer social icons the same as the topbar
– reverse the icons on the staff pages (linkedin first, email second – applies to staff grid and individual staff pages)
Cheers in advance 🙂
So, I have tried the following experiments…and now wondering whether it just makes sense to fix with a CSS bandage, as inelegant as that might be.
1. Removed css code styling the “Latest Posts” title.
2. Changed the order of the latest posts module to make it first in order, above page content and the home widget.
3. Removed the Home Widget Area.
4. Attempted changing various settings in the Latest Posts module, including the post output style and the number of posts output. Problem persists no matter what the post output format is.
Can’t think of anything else, but it seems like that css could be easily overridden, right?
Hi guys,
I’m working on the homepage for this website, and if you scroll down toward the bottom, you’ll see that both the Latest Posts module (look for the header “New Words”) and the Home Widget Area run all the way to the edge of the screen — there’s no margin on either side, meaning that text and headlines bump right up against the edge.
Is this the way it is supposed to look, or should I be looking for a bug? Or a setting I’m missing? I just need 10-20px of white space on either side of those modules, which I might be able to get using CSS, but I wanted to check here first to see whether there’s something uniquely buggy going on on this site. Thanks!
