Hello,

i use this css

.panel-heading .accordion-toggle.collapsed, .panel-heading .accordion-toggle {
background: #40b2bc;
}
.accordion-toggle h5 {
color: #e5edf3;
}

on desktop works fine. On tablet pc or cell phohe is white background
