Activate custom tab option in Kadence theme?

Hello, does the Kadence theme have an option to Activate Custom Tab like the Virtue theme? I looked everywhere and I don’t see anything. Also, when I copied the current Virtue site into staging to install Kadence, the extra Activate Custom Tab was not included. Thanks, Bre.
