Activation issue – Invalid Instance ID

I just started up a new site. I got this message: The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key.
So I got he activation key from the Kadence and entered it along with my email address. Then I got this message: Invalid Instance ID.
I have re-tried enjteeringthet key serea times and i get the same result. I have other sites using the same key. They do not get these messages.
