Add additional element to mobile header?

Hey there.

I’m trying to add an image to the mobile header, in addition to the logo.

Is that possible, and if so how do I do this? I’m trying to add an image so users can click on this to sign up.

I’m trying to achieve a header with this set-up:

*Sign up image (left)* *Logo (centered)* *.kad-navbtn i.icon (right)*

Logins below. The image I’m trying to add is in the Library under “JoinNowMobileHeader”.
