Add email opt-in tick box to comment form and other tweaks

Hello

I have a few tweaks I’d like to apply to my site (theinspirationcloud.com) if possible:

1. Can I add a tick box to the comment form so that people can opt-in and be added to a newsletter list?

2. I would like to remove the dates from the post author latest posts tab.

3. In the (landscape) post summaries on my category pages heads are getting chopped off in the photos. Is there some way to improve photo usage so that this does not happen or to choose whether the top or bottom of the photo will get cropped? What size images does the theme use in various locations?

4. I am considering changing my header to a central logo, but do not really want to have the navigation on the right and left of it. Can I use the topbar for my main navigation as one whole menu (so I can center and evenly space links), rather than having right and left divisions of it?

5. Or, as alternative or addition to a main topbar menu, can this theme have a full-width menu under a central logo?

5. I am using the footer call to action and would like to move the button a bit more toward the center.
