Add privacy information(box) to review/comments

Like the title says, i would like to add some informationbox (or something simulair) to the comment en review section.
Now it only says Name and Email, but no information that the email is only used for the comments and that we wont spread there information.
Is there a way to put some infobox next to is or a sentence below it orso?
