Add Tagline

For my site I am using “Sitename Logo Font”, no logo image. I have a Tagline set up in WP although it does not show on my site. Do I need to add custom css and if so what would that be. I am using the Pinnacle Premium theme. So far I have the following custom css. Thank you in advance for your help.
