Add to cart Fixed Element in single product page

Hi,
Kindly how can i achieve the same concept of add to cart when you scroll the product page down, there is a slide down bar once you scroll down. I know how to add a fix element and make it appear *Login to see link but what shortcode i should use for the woocommerce part *Login to see link
