Add to Cart visible, background and hover change

Hello,

Sorry if you have answered this before – I searched through the support topics and found a lot of info about changing the text description and possibly some css to change the colour – but I might have put it in wrong as it’s not doing anything.

Ok – so when you look at the products there is no ‘add to cart’ or ‘select options’ visible – so I am assuming that the button is either hidden until hovered or it is white. Then when you hover it turns pink, and hover on the button it turns orange.

I’d like it to be visible in orange whether the visitor is hovering on the product or not. And then when they hover on the button for it to turn pink – as this is how we have it set up in basic styling – but it’s opposite in the shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated
