Adding CJT plugin to Pinnacle Theme

Hello,
I am attempting to add a CSS & JavaScript Toolbox Plus plugin to Pinnacle theme so that I can add Read More show/hide links within pages and also link to Testimonials and FAQS in the right column of pages.
The installation is taking a very long time to complete, and I’m wondering if there’s a compatibility issue preventing the installation.
